Franchise Brands (AIM: FRAN), a multi-brand franchise business, announces that Chris Dent, Chief Financial Officer, has purchased 5,128 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 97.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Chris Dent now has a total interest in 60,603 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.06% of the Company's total voting rights.
