Not sure about the value as I don’t know how the order was split or what quality the stone was. It may be that it was destined for a specific job, the construction season is nearly ended in the Balkans as it will start to get cold in the next 8 weeks.

The (Not so) Hot Stock Rockets and to a lesser extent the Nifty Fifty of which FOX is a part of, are having a truly horrendous 2017 performance wise. And in a Bull Market.

Most holdings in both seem to be in down trends with the odd exception showing good profits.

Well now you know! This is definitely the last chance to get Fox shares at sub 10p, this will build and build now over the next few years and don't forget Stone Alliance, when that happens Fox's stake is worth many times the current market cap. It has taken longer than we all hoped but finally we are off and running. Will buy a bit more today.

I did say I did not know if Banyan are going to order any stone, regardless of where they are registered its controlled by the Chinese and they have taken a few sample blocks but some time ago. Fox retains a deposit, that’s the bit I like!

Take a look in the Banyan accounts!

There's £12,000 if memory serves me correctly, and no evidence of any trading whatsoever.

And the company is located in the BVI, what's not to like?

I suggest you check up the accounts for Banyan!

They are registered in Gibraltar.

They were registered a few days before FOX announced their order.

Eboracum have taken stone in this financial year, that why the interims said they were holding the balance of the deposit.
As far as Banyan I don’t know but China is a big place and at the moment they cant quarry enough stone to meet the demand from the orders they have.

Eboracum have basically no assets and no liabilities. Banyan virtually the same.

Fox received hundreds of thousands from Eboracum and imply that they expect more orders.

Eboracum is dormant.

Chris knows Scott and did before Eboracum was set up.

Can anyone provide a scenario in which someone is not telling the truth? I can't but perhaps I haven't worked in the city enough etc

If Eboracum can happen once it can happen again. So who can you trust?

Getting paid from Indian companies can be hard work, getting $500,000 up front is unheard of, Fox have something special and India want it, its a huge consumer of marble.

I do work in the City. I have been involved in the issue of loads of RNSs. The only time they go near a lawyer is when they are directly connected to a fundraising.

czar: I would be more confident if and when they have REAL stockists/distributors for finished product. The distribution channels for finished marble are very specialist - It is not just the primary sales but continuity of stock avaiability - Have not seen enough depth of stocking yet to be sure. Most of stockist announcements appear to be newbies to the business - If I am wrong I am sure exbroker will point out the errors.
