For Stone Alliance to work Fox has to deliver and that what I think Chris is working on. Prove you can do the concept then go bigger.

Its a shame everyone is so negative.so taking these RNs in a more positive light let me just ask what has happened with the last earth shattering RNs. What's the latest news on"Landmark venture formed in cooperation with the Government of Kosovo

Fox Marble, the AIM listed company focused on marble quarrying and finishing in Kosovo and the Balkans region, is pleased to announce that it is participating in a new project througha newly formed company registered in the U.S., Stone Alliance LLC (“Stone Alliance”), a company which is 59% owned by Fox Marble.

Key Points:

• On 4 October 2016 Stone Alliance signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with the Parliament of Kosovo." ?etc .I will not waste space reproducing the rest.
Over to ex broker for the latest on that amazing earth shattering project!

This is the fourth time Chris has announced something mentioning 1 or 2 million Euros or Dollars etc. He's cautious now not to mention orders. But to me it looks like another Zhong, Banyan or Eboracum. You can't acquire ahares in a company for nil consideration without tax consequences unless it's worthless IMHO. The payouts in equal tranches don't make sense because they are contingent of 1.5m or orders which will only happen at the end of the time period.

talygarn,

I hope it's more meaningful than his previous interviews!

I wonder if they will ask him any hard questions such as the order book size, how much is still attributed to Eboracum and Banyan, for example?

There's sponsored publicity and there's proper research.............

Proactive investors have a telephone interview with Chris Gilbert headed "Fox Marble tees up US distributor in 3-year deal"

It seems like Chris just can't help himself. Another meaningless RNS imho. Is Pristine a brand new company by any chance?

Of course it has no history, no-one of sound mind would give away 5% to Fox if they were an established profitable business. Its another deal with a non-entity designed to pump up the shareprice ahead of a bucketshop placing.

Fox Marble will take a 5% share in Pristine Stone for nil consideration

We are an international granite organization looking to start and expand operations in the United States. You will have complete autonomy to deliver results. $50,000 a year

If its the same tims Seymour a blog has given him a right slagging off for bigging up his two years in Russia.

So it looks like they have made an agreement with an agent who was their agent already from 3 years ago with an entity with no trading history whatsoever.

I really really want this to do well but they seem to keep tripping themselves up. Happy to be corrected.

his home address is out there in Bergen new jersey but thats all irrelevant , no problem with a yard in the docks. More important would be trading history of royalstonework etc.

Caradog surely you do not expect to find a stonemason or stone distributor in times square. No doubt more entertaining investigations will appear. It is better than taking alcohol or antidepressants watching the decline in the share price.
