14/8/2017 07:39 | And just when is he going to prove he can "do the concept"? | wolstencroft
12/8/2017 16:10 | For Stone Alliance to work Fox has to deliver and that what I think Chris is working on. Prove you can do the concept then go bigger. | exbroker
12/8/2017 06:44 | Its a shame everyone is so negative.so taking these RNs in a more positive light let me just ask what has happened with the last earth shattering RNs. What's the latest news on"Landmark venture formed in cooperation with the Government of Kosovo Fox Marble, the AIM listed company focused on marble quarrying and finishing in Kosovo and the Balkans region, is pleased to announce that it is participating in a new project througha newly formed company registered in the U.S., Stone Alliance LLC (“Stone Alliance”), a company which is 59% owned by Fox Marble. Key Points: • On 4 October 2016 Stone Alliance signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with the Parliament of Kosovo." ?etc .I will not waste space reproducing the rest. Over to ex broker for the latest on that amazing earth shattering project! | haroldthegreat
11/8/2017 08:37 | This is the fourth time Chris has announced something mentioning 1 or 2 million Euros or Dollars etc. He's cautious now not to mention orders. But to me it looks like another Zhong, Banyan or Eboracum. You can't acquire ahares in a company for nil consideration without tax consequences unless it's worthless IMHO. The payouts in equal tranches don't make sense because they are contingent of 1.5m or orders which will only happen at the end of the time period. | wolstencroft
11/8/2017 04:12 | talygarn, I hope it's more meaningful than his previous interviews! I wonder if they will ask him any hard questions such as the order book size, how much is still attributed to Eboracum and Banyan, for example? There's sponsored publicity and there's proper research............ | andy
10/8/2017 18:28 | Proactive investors have a telephone interview with Chris Gilbert headed "Fox Marble tees up US distributor in 3-year deal" | talygarn tom
10/8/2017 17:19 | It seems like Chris just can't help himself. Another meaningless RNS imho. Is Pristine a brand new company by any chance? | wolstencroft
10/8/2017 12:46 | they key word are implies and nearly, has been thus for about 6 months now | glennborthwick
10/8/2017 12:29 | This announcement seems to imply to me that the factory must be nearly ready. | exbroker
10/8/2017 11:41 | Sorry glen cannot see the link to the note | haroldthegreat
10/8/2017 10:28 | pretty balanced note here I think; [...] One more equity raise then that's the bottom I think | glennborthwick
10/8/2017 10:04 | have a feeling frank might have been born illir/ilir kaloshi - looks like that anyway. Not that unusual to Anglicise name in the states though. | glennborthwick
10/8/2017 09:57 | Of course it has no history, no-one of sound mind would give away 5% to Fox if they were an established profitable business. Its another deal with a non-entity designed to pump up the shareprice ahead of a bucketshop placing. Fox Marble will take a 5% share in Pristine Stone for nil consideration | phowdo
10/8/2017 09:47 | although it says start operations so I guess again no history | glennborthwick

10/8/2017 09:43 | I think somebody on lse suggest its pristine stones but only thing I can find is a phillipines company; | glennborthwick
10/8/2017 09:18 | If its the same tims Seymour a blog has given him a right slagging off for bigging up his two years in Russia. So it looks like they have made an agreement with an agent who was their agent already from 3 years ago with an entity with no trading history whatsoever. I really really want this to do well but they seem to keep tripping themselves up. Happy to be corrected. | glennborthwick
10/8/2017 08:56 | theres just nothing out there for "pristine stone nyc llc" ANy idea if the states has the equivalent of companies house etc. | glennborthwick
10/8/2017 08:50 | wonder if tim Seymour is this guy; | glennborthwick
10/8/2017 08:48 | good point caradog | glennborthwick
10/8/2017 08:47 | his home address is out there in Bergen new jersey but thats all irrelevant , no problem with a yard in the docks. More important would be trading history of royalstonework etc. | glennborthwick
10/8/2017 08:46 | Glenborthwick, those samples were sent in 2014. | caradog
10/8/2017 08:40 | Caradog surely you do not expect to find a stonemason or stone distributor in times square. No doubt more entertaining investigations will appear. It is better than taking alcohol or antidepressants watching the decline in the share price. | haroldthegreat |
