Glenn, PJ,

I agree, all trust went here some time ago, I saw his first presentation in 2012 and the factory was "nearly finished" then! To be fair he did say that if they didn't finish it by October, they would have to wait for the worst of the winter weather to clear up before they could, but he was talking months, not years.

What's worse is that every time they release bad news, Tom tries to spin it to the positive, when sometimes you just have to be honest and say it's bad news!

To do otherwise is just plain daft.

It reminds me of AEX, a totally different sector but both have a habit of shooting themselves in the foot and grabbing failure out of success.

its a real shame this. The marble looks great, the story looks compelling but I just don't trust thema fter the dodgy orders shananigans and the half a dozen rns about eh factory being finished, not finished, nearly finished, can do this, can do that

The website is a bit strange, half a marble sales company, the other half am AIM listed company site.

Some beautiful marble though!

I thought about a more imaginative title but decided against it in the end.

Andy,

Thanks for the new thread, although you could have used a bit more imagination for the title, e.g.

Fox Marble - It FOX you up and FOX you over

Here you go, the link to the new thread with all the charts in the header.

Feel free to request any other information that should be in the header, although small headers are more informative than long drawn out ones in my opinion.

Harold, as affortless correctly states above, just use the "skip header" button to go down to the posting area.

Good idea Andy start a new thread the more information the better but include an arrow so one can skip the information and then straight to the comments.

Wols,

Good point, maybe exbroker can explain that for us?

Andy if Chris refuses to answer these questions it's unlikely Exbroker will know.

Ex: If Pisani are only the agent how can their administration result in a loss of 800k on the order book? If my travel agent goes bust, I still fly. If my newsagent goes but I still buy the FT.

Would anyone find it useful to start a new thread?

I find it annoying there is no daily and monthly chart, and I have asked masurenguy to add them and he says he has no interest in this thread anymore, as per his message in the header.

Exbroker, do you want to start one?

Otherwise I can, but only if people want all the charts and news in the header, otherwise we can stick with this thread.

exbroker,

You sound as though you are representing the company!

If they don't need Pisani why did they engage them in the first place?

Do you have any idea of orders from Banyan, Eboracum, or the Chinese group? Are their order (but not sales) still on the order book, and if so, what would the order book look like without them?

Genuine question.

Pisani are only the agent, the end user having already specified the marble can deal directly with Fox. They do need to sort out a UK sales structure, maybe this will push them into doing it. The sivec name dispute has been ongoing, they have changed the name of the stone on the website to Alexandria white. The buyers all know the stone comes from the other side of the valley from the Mermeren Kombinat sivec quarry, which has not got that much stone left in it. It may cause a small reduction in margins but I am not expecting much. I would expect a trading update at some point in the next month as well as news of the factory, seems it cuts but not yet polishes.

What spin can there be? 800k orders lost. Taking on multiple types of debt. Burning cash. 'This really really rely is the nadir'?

Am I the only one frustrated at the lack of a daily price chart here?

If masurenguy still reads the thread, can you put it in the header please?

Wols,

Interesting, I wonder if the lenders were informed?

I thought companies had a duty to inform the market in a timely fashion?

No positive spin from share price so far! They've normally got it out by now, it must be coming soon surely?

Copyright Dispute:

-- Following a copyright dispute over the rights to use the name "sivec" on 14 June 2017 the Intellectual Property and Enterprise Court held that the use of the name SIVEC by Fox Marble Holdings plc was an infringement of Mermeren Kombinat AD's EU trade mark. A copy of the full judgement can be found at hxxp://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/IPEC/2017/1408.html.

Have we been informed before that there was a dispute over the use of the name sivec ?surely a RNs should have been issued at the time dispute proceedings were issued.we have had RNs over appearing at a trade show but I do not recall having seen anything on the topic of the topic of sivec
. surely when they launched the company they would have researched the correct names of the marble types they were planning to sell.
They promoted the quality of their neds at their presentations surely they would have looked into the background of the product names being sold by the company ?
If you were opening a burger bar one would know you cannot use the term big Mac,wimpey etc to describe your product.
what will this cost the company ?no doubt they will have to compensate the company for illegal use of their trade mark .
