05/4/2017 17:49 | Effortless Cool The deal is for LOWER margin not low margin block marble as India has a high import tariff on cut stone. My rough calculations suggest a breakeven level of between 25 and 30 thousand tons on the terms of the recent deal. Having been to all the quarries I estimate that it should be possible to extract and it depends on the sales mix about 50k tons per year and rising with some capex. That would go nearly strait to the bottom line so czar is right in the sense that this is option money and if they landed contracts that took them to about 40k tons per year they would be cheaper at 25 than they are now at 10. DYOR etc… | exbroker
05/4/2017 17:48 | interesting video thugh nobody aked about eboracum /scott oldfield debacle | glennborthwick
05/4/2017 15:01 | czar, The last deal was for $1.8m revenue per annum of low margin uncut marble. Another one would take revenue to $3.6m per annum and would still leave Fox well away from profitability. Why do you think this "should get [FOX] back to 25p quite quickly"? | effortless cool
05/4/2017 09:54 | Yes would be great if the factory was indeed finished, but it has to be said that he's said this time and time again over the last year and it's not happened yet! | leperky
05/4/2017 08:05 | About time too! Yes they look like option money at 10p imho, another big deal similar to the last one and it should get back to 25p quite quickly. | czar
23/3/2017 16:10 | leperky, They could be cross trades, they are often done at mid price. They do not normally effect the price as they are neutral | andy
23/3/2017 16:09 | Quite a few very large trades going thro recently (4M one the other day) many seem to be exactly at the mid price and so makes it difficult to distinguish buy or sell. Does anyone have a view about these trades? I imagine that they are buys since the price has stayed steady and sentiment is generally poor... | leperky

05/3/2017 22:46 | Thanks, exbroker, good luck! I hope Chris and his team make this a viable company I have no doubt the quarries exist. re: Driving by looking in the rear-view mirror. My analogy is that I'm a passenger and Chris is the driver - I look in the rear view mirror and see a trail of carnage of unfulfilled hopes and IMHO suspect companies (I think it's fair to say that Eboracum is suspect - former bar manager of Jigsaw leisure which owes 00,000s including missing money makes massive order that's not filled gets strike off notice then files as dormant seemingly because director is ill but during that time sets up another company). Do I have any faith in the driver and do I want to stay in the car? | wolstencroft
03/3/2017 18:07 | I think probably it was something dodgy re vat with ebocorum. Only other might be a bolster the order book attempt but don't see the link Anyway time will tell now. Money will be low so either more orders or fundraising. | glennborthwick
03/3/2017 08:17 | Wols, Exactly! We have only ever made factual comments here, to accuse us of "fake news" was disappointing. We have no reason to do that. By accusing us of that the article itself was "fake news"! I wonder why exbroker has deleted his messages? | andy
03/3/2017 08:09 | Tom says this of Eboracum "So it is trading. There have been a few distractions of a personal nature ... thus the company has not filed its accounts" Given that it is dormant and the distractions seemingly turn out to be setting up another company (and it was an annual return not accounts) I hardly think Tom should be accusing us of fake news! | wolstencroft
03/3/2017 08:06 | I'm sure we were all concerned to hear that Scott of Eboracum who is behind 1m plus of Fox's order book has been ill and therefore couldn't file with companies house on time and has declared Eboracum to be dormant. Nonetheless he HAS managed to set up a new company with 50,000 of capital. Amazingly it seems he did this when we was either ill / had personal problems / was too busy to file Eboracum's paperwork and during which time Eboracum was under a strike off notice from Companies House. | wolstencroft
02/3/2017 22:22 | wolstencroft 28 Feb '17 - 19:22 - 1639 of 1661 - Only a few of his latest ones . - I wonder why? Exbroker 2 Mar '17 - 12:18 - 1655 of 1660 0 0 Andy you have seen through me, its all a scam!! There is no Banyan and all the hard work to make Eborcum seem real has failed! Even the pictures on the web site and twitter are of someone else’s quarries! Good luck to all holders Goodbye | pugugly
02/3/2017 22:16 | these a 1 code on the trades. Expect news tomorrow. My gut feeling is it maybe another order. SOme hints on here earlier. Still not one for me. | glennborthwick
02/3/2017 22:08 | I notice that exbroker has deleted all his messages. I wonder what his affiliation with Fox is, if any. | wolstencroft
02/3/2017 19:41 | Ex Broker, LOL! But seriously, Banyan are registered in Gibraltar with a connection to the BVI, I cannot find any record of them being a huge Chinese company anywhere. Have you got a link to their website by any chance? | andy
02/3/2017 19:00 | Ex, according to the most recent Companies House Gibraltar public filing Banyan have no assets. I'm waiting for the next filing. Chris confirmed that they were the company Fox dealt with and also that they had no physical presence, as far as I can remember. As for Eboracum, apart from Tom (and Chris) does anyone disagree with your statement? | wolstencroft
02/3/2017 12:40 | Just to remind us all Stone-news22288967.h Fox Marble does sales deal with Banyan Stone 04-12-2014 14:26 Add To Google +1 Balkans-focused miner Fox Marble Holdings has announced a long-term off-take agreement with Banyan Stone. Under the deal, Banyan will buy 1.5m worth of block marble in three tranches over the next 18 months, with 500,000 worth of stone being purchased every six months. Gibraltar-based Banyan will make a prepayment on the first instalment of 250,000 immediately, with a further 250,000 to be paid upon completion of the first delivery, which is expected early next year. "We are pleased to have formalised a relationship with Banyan Stone, which marks an important step towards our stated aim of developing a global distribution network with strategic and well positioned partners," said Fox Marble chief executive Chris Gilbert. Fox Marble shares were up 9.43% to 18.33p at 14:35 on Thursday." Exbroker - could it be that many a true word is spoken in Jest or Sarcasm !!?? | pugugly
