16/1/2017 09:08 | Without sales, does it matter? If they open it their costs will increase as they have to employ skilled labour, unless they have zero hour contracts in Kosovo! Interesting that they haven't adjusted the order book, if Eboracum are being struck off, and Banyan don't seem very active either. And the "order book" value is just meaningless as orders are not actually sales. | andy

12/1/2017 08:18 | Isn't it about 30-40% of their order book? Banyan being another 30-40%? I emailed Tom, no doubt he'll say it's an oversight / big misunderstanding etc etc | wolstencroft

20/12/2016 12:48 | Four stocks for 2017. San Leon has to be my top pick with a bid of 80p already in the wings and a top fund holding over 50% means the bidder will have to up that to succeed. Fox Marble, risky but so well underpinned with assets could easily be a 10 bagger. Gama Aviation, a pe of 4x this has been sold down by a fund to a ridiculous level. Stride Gaming, another stock that has continued to shoot the lights out but indiscriminate selling by a fund has taken them down to a silly level. | czar
19/12/2016 14:24 | dh, Thanks for the links. Well we shall have to see how Stone Alliance works out, there are still political problems in Kosovo, s anything hat might bring stability and employment would obviously be welcome. The more immediate concern is sales, and translating large orders that are sitting on the books into cash. | andy
19/12/2016 13:39 | runwaypaul So why are you one here? not a very helpful post! | dhlindy1
19/12/2016 13:38 | Andy You might be interested in these threads. One shows a Kosovo Govt promotion of the marble industry in Kosovo (trying to get it going and offering incentives) The other search on Kosovo marble comes up with Fox as the only real player. I am hoping that Govt. enthusiasm for a marble industry plus western (i.e. US)funding for Stone Alliance could come to something and that if it does Fox should be well placed to carve out an interest/role for itself. Will it make us money? I don't know but I am in for the punt! hxxp://www.invest-ks hxxp://www.stonecont | dhlindy1
