Seen this happen with other stocks, ECR, MTV, ditute shareholders into oblivion.

Shareholder hope some big news is around the corner but it just gives Darwin the opportunity to get out. Anybody who bought at the top are left stranded.

Notice the best price to buy was 0.0115p......i bet the bid does not go above that today, if it does you would only be able to sell in small volume...it's a scam!!!!

There is no limit.

Companies can consolidate there shares 100 to 1 (EDIT so that the nominal share price is raised 100 times) and hence raise the actual share price by 100 times and then re-start dilutive placings all over again.

Ad infinitum.

Rinse and repeat is the appropriate term.

Although I totally agree with your summing up PWhite, what the hell can us PI's do about it? Diddly squat I would say. Surely there must be a limit on the number of shares that a company can have?
Very sore and costly lesson learnt from me on this POS!!!!
