05/6/2009 09:06 | The cash raised as with other small companies, probably went towards paying the directors salaries and bit and pieces, and one may find this situation continues. I have seen it all before with other smaller companies. The first priority of some directors is to look after themselves with salary, expenses, options etc, and not the shareholders. Maybe I am being sinical, with the jam tomorrow that never comes for shareholders. | guru11
05/6/2009 08:56 | encarter - 5 Jun'09 - 08:35 - 294 of 296 At least they are making a profit now. 2phildove - 5 Jun'09 - 08:40 - 295 of 296 resukts don't appear all that bad!! ------ Blimey guys...Are you for real ??? The company say they are pleased to report these results. I think they are shocking and the fact that they raised £900k in the middle of the year to add to the cash they already had makes it far worse. Where did it go ?? Start of the year cash was 604k Raised 900k End of year cash 298k Operating loss before exceptional items £292,457 (2007 : £41,907) Exceptional items £519,599 (2007 : nil) Cash is being rapidly burnt somewhere and writedowns do not count. | davidosh

05/6/2009 07:30 | Dont know who bought - a tic comment knowing what has been done previously. The big news is they are still trading and where there is life, there is hope! | goggin
04/6/2009 19:58 | Yes - on a best case scenario they might have made a profit if the abortive acquisitions are excluded. The deals they have done should be helping volume even in these economic times. It would not take much at all for them to be cashflow positive. So conceivably they could be doing ok. And worst case they are probably cashflow neutral with minimal debts and may well look cheap anyway. A lot of people might think they are going bust but I don't see things that bad. Why do you think a director bought? Wouldn't think they would be allowed. | toback
04/6/2009 19:48 | So a director bought 5k worth at .34p ??????????????? Thanks To everyone on here thought they should have been out weeks ago in April - early May Its all guess work. If these do survive, you are looking at a minimum of a 10 bagger. The current price reflects a BUST sanario but there are alot bigger basket case currently on the market and many have risen 1000 % + in only 2 month, many have done better. a 1000% rise in FMJ case still only gives a share price of 2.5p, not an enormous price if they start making some money. The products have had reasonable reviews, even though openoffice.org is free, when you take it to another machine with out Openoffice, its not compatible with Microsoft and one has to convert to pdf file and then do lots of cut and paste work. Ability doesn't have this problem and its only the price of 24 beer. Who knows, we might be lucky. | goggin

04/6/2009 14:20 | Results due next week and it seems a bit of activity today. Not that they will make good reading I suppose it depends on how Q1 traded - which if in line with their Jan statement might not be too bad. Wonder if profit will be as elusive as ever???? | toback
