   Reduction of Share Premium Account 
 
 
 
   28 August 2018 
 
   The board of Foresight 4 VCT plc (the Company) announces that, on 28 
August 2018, the High Court of Justice Chancery Division confirmed the 
reduction of the amount standing to the credit of the share premium 
account of the Company by GBP36 million (Reduction of Share Premium). 
The Court Order approving the Reduction of Share Premium and a statement 
of capital were registered by the Registrar of Companies on 28 August 
2018 and therefore the Reduction of Share Premium became effective on 
that date. 
 
   This follows the approval of the Reduction of Share Premium by special 
resolution at the general meeting of the Company held on 8 August 2018.
