   The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc is pleased to declare an interim 
dividend of 4.0p per Ordinary Share which will be paid on 19 October 
2018. The Shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 4 October 2018 and the 
record date for payment will be 5 October 2018.
