Chris good read.

Ian imho should be the super salesman championing our technology, the deal maker.

SW needs to be hands on operational guy.

Good team in theory.

Last years results are of no interest to me it’s next years that WILL be of interest and telling.

One good thing about low revenue is that it wouldn’t take a lot of extra money to get to break-even and beyond.

Financials and the share price does not reflect the huge technical and structural progress made over the last 18 months.

The move to java script and having the product known as Edge Sever alone should have doubled the share price yet the market said no which for a technology investment seems odd!

In other news: Last night Liverpool won 3-1...

No ramblings from the manager 'We may win in 6-9 months and we may win 6/7-0 and the reason that you should believe me is because I'm the manager.

No, they went out and let their football do the talking.

GL

Well done to Liverpool btw

I don't think Stephen White is primarily being brought in as an accountant, his role being COO/CFO. The Company is, as has been said here before, too small to justify a F/T CFO. But a COO could help bring some more coehesion to what they are doing. It's a Chief of Staff role to IMs CEO or if you awant an historical parallel Bertier to IMs Napoleon. "Berthier was renowned for his excellent organising skills and being able to understand and carry out the Emperor's directions to the minutest detail even to anticipating what the outline orders required in every aspect to be executed successfully. He was not a good battlefield commander but enabled Napoleon to be without compare" (he was not present either before or at Waterloo and had he been so the result might well have been different. If White is good at that role any doubts about its ability to deliver on time consistently and at the highest level of quality will be quickly resolved.

I know but in reality you couldn’t buy at 3.38p the real low was around 4.25p to buy I couldn’t get a better price.

My real point was traders targeting a low price correctly often fail to buy as they have fear creep in that it might go lower!
Which it might of course.

NickB, because I don't expect it to go that low. (The low was 3.38p)
We are, perhaps surprisingly, in a rising channel, but not quite at the bottom of it.

I was expecting you to say that.

At 5p why not wait until 4p re test of the lows?

The chart suggests that 6.75p is possibly a reasonable buying price...but I cannot bring myself to buy.
The natural target is around 12p, so a very good turn...if it happens.
I just have the sneaking suspicion that 5p could be on the cards, so I'll wait to see what happens. Getting it wrong can be expensive here.

As the share price has dropped by circa 15% this week, a possible CEO share purchase and Staff Share Option RNS could be a perfect end to the week.

Or am I being cynical?

Wage bills do seem totaly out of line with the financial growth!
Although getting the best costs money of course!!

It might be cheaper to close down ALL sales saving a fortune and becoming a Pure Technology R&D play funded by the remaining cash balance (and long term sales contracts)with an end goal of one big licence deal or Sale of the company.

Its the Tech that has value but not the day to day business it could be argued.
However that is not the plan.

Anyway in the meantime i am looking see what NAB brings next month.

I think the tech is probably worth huge amounts, worried that all us investors will be AIM fleeced.

Stevo, don't sell any more they will take the co. and leave us PI.s with not even a pot to ...

I hope IM is not being groomed.

How the fk does a CEO sign off on those wage bills?

Does he realise he has power to say NOOOOOO as CEO?

AIMSTER

Yes it does appear they have taken it down, I certainly didn’t think it helped.

Thanks for the update

Totally agree and have done some of these over the years, loyalty works both way though.

A smidgeon of honesty, humility and integrity from some of BOD's would help.

Mr Streater seems the only one delivering the goods with visionary tech, imho

Hi Sean

Hope all is good

Practically nothing, as private shareholders with a minority share it would be difficult to be heard.

Rock up at the AGM perhaps?

We (amongst others) wrote direct to FBT and did not even get an automated response.

I cannot 'vote with my feet' mate at 60-65% LOI, sorry.

Any suggestions?

Paul

Hi Paul,

Any idea what if anything we can do as shareholders?

Actually think the post is very good, except who is ever going to read it? This is a bit like someones private Web blog. Interviews press releases OK a thought leadership that nobody reads?

Not interested in the football musings of a CEO who posted worse financial results (2018) than the previous year (2017) when FBT did not have a CEO for 6-7 months.

Ill-timed and out of touch with reality and yes we live in a result driven environment

IMHO

Im not sure Ian dropping in figures in the billion of $ range in that blog post helps when we have just had such poor revenue figures from him.
