"Finally, the Board and Management team are confident that we are building the right team and have the platform and strategy in place to grow our business successfully."If you could achieve that within my lifetime, that would be great. How about getting Kylie Jenner and her mum to run the company?

Over the last 3 years Main, Lees and the NED's must have been paid somewhere near £750k.Just ponder that.

Most shocking for me is all the deadwood (again) sucking silly salaries.

I was seriously hoping IM would come in fresh, treat this as a business.

Oh well.

Not at all happy Stevo.

In other news. Aircraft maker designs plane that manages to point itself at the ground and frustrate efforts of pilots to convince the aircraft to do otherwise. Response thus far from FAA: Boeing 737 Max 8 is airworthy.

Patterns of air travel by FAA staff might make interesting reading. Increasingly looking like a lone voice. I wonder why.

Hi Paul,

It's hard to find a silver lining at the moment. I don't know what to say.... given the results, 7p holding is a great result. Maybe there is more than meets the eye or at least my eye, I'd be happy with an exit at this point. Speaking of which looks like DUP are blocking Brexit.

If anyone interested here is my take.

If the deal is taken there will be a soft border. After the next election when the DUP are no longer needed the soft border between Rep Ireland and North Ireland will remain but there will be a sea border introduced with mainland UK and the backstop ejected, hence DUP is voting no.

If no brexit tonight, article 50 extended and most likely a second vote which will be remain.

The credit card scandal rebates have boosted the UK economy in a big way last year and also the weakening of the pound. Brexit or no Brexit there will be a substantial correction in the UK economy this year or early 2020. If there is a Brexit, the crash will be blamed on Brexit. If there is no Brexit, the crash will be blamed on the EU.

If the later, there will be a rise in nationalism and bashing in the UK, so was hoping former but DUP are saying no.

Good luck with the headbangers if remain wins!

Yes I do understand what you mean.

For me I would not be happy with £3m I want to to see wide scale adoption in the industry not piddling uptake.

£3m and it’s still a failure!

They have a US subsidiary:

INVESTMENTS
Investments comprise 100% of the share capital of Forbidden Technologies Inc, a company registered in Delaware, USA, for
the purposes of acting as sales agent for the Group’s products in the Americas. The company is not currently trading. The
cost of investment was £641.

I guess we have to hope their is a game changer in the offing - seems possible

particularly given recent sightings of VIC STEEL in the Wimbledon area!

McSean

Agree, the only good thing is, the share price seems to be holding.

The loss of circa £2.50m is a very poor financial performance after 19 years and again highlights that the BOD are failing miserably to monetise the FBT tech. The CEO and Mitton's hyperbole In 2018 is unhelpful, tedious and unprofessional.

For me nothing positive has come out of the results, basically cost £2.5m to upgrade the Tech (which may or not prove worth it)

Good Luck

I'd like to remain optimistic Nick, and don't put too much stock in revenue, but for sales to still be sub 1mn after a full year of, what looks like, hyperbole that's just poor. I thought IM could be trusted, but his words and these results don't match. Or should I say, don't match yet.

bonio and Mcsean to remain shareholders?
If so that is a massive vote of confidence and they have put their money on it!

Accept my apologies.

I was also incorrect on sports - revenue fell from £250k to £247k - despite alleged new wins and deal expansions.

I'm sorry Bonio, I think it is completely unfair to say the turnover of FBT (£870,310) is the turnover of a decent chinese.

A decent Chinese would have a much higher turnover!
