31/12/2018 10:13 | The Stock Exchange predominantly looks to future rewards not the past. The issue is simply how fast does market think FBT can grow its sales and at what margins in its selected market(s). In the Cloud sector thare are some pretty spectacular P/E ratios and even big players like Microsoft, Amazon and IBM operate at levels above those of other large companies in non technology sectors. So turning to FBT in 2019 I would expect the gross margin to be around 85% from which relatively fixed costs like rent, rates have to be deducted, say £5M to reflect increases required to accommodate extra staff and say a further £5M for more staff, bonuses, travel etc. To break even therefore turnover would have to reach around £12M - a hard reach but not impossible. On a relatively undemanding P/E ration of 30 (others in the sector, which in my view are less likely to succeed as quickly, are on over 200)the share value increases very rapidly after break even. Even a valuation of 90p per share would only require earnings of 3p, which implies a net profit of under £8M which would imply a turnover in the low £20Ms which would be lower if costs can be contained. | chriscallen

30/12/2018 22:58 | Pity there is not mention of FBT but as we see from cabi1's link, Blackbird will be part of a trio of proprietary industry innovations. I want google to buy blackbird, surely it would be the ideal lightweight solution for youtube creator? Anyone know how to bring blackbird to the attention of google? SP competition caveat : 48p if FBT bought by Google! | mcsean2164
