Chris
There have been plenty of rns and market indications that sales have been accelerating but it has been ignored on this B.B.

IM and family buying a lot of shares not been taken seriously java script not being taken seriously etc.

I have been frustrated by the depression here.

So the company have flagged improvements up imho

Great to hear you are both in it for the big bucks price.

I don’t think 115 million shares is a lot. I’m sitting on 1.2 million, and am not selling. A few of my mates are sitting on a fare chunk. Another 100 more people like me and they’re gone.

115m shares is not a lot?

We know from previous there is a brain freeze around 12p ish.

That won't have got better with two placings.

Odd sales are increasing hand over fist but no public comment from the company.

Bonio, the free float is not underestimated.

We know for sure that there are only 39% free float available, which is 115 million shares.

We know there were other big private investors in the previous two fund raisings at 7p and 10p under Aziz, so that will be another chunk gone.

I’m holding a big lump, and am in it for the big bucks like SSB, so that doesn’t leave much left.

That first Allenby was forward sold so forget that one.
Second may have a few knocking about but can't see big numbers.

The free float is underestimated.

There have been enough raisings and shaftings of disillusioned PIs that there are shares in the market.

10p will be a high resistance, as Aziz raised around there a few times years back and promptly bent over PIs.

A lot will be happy to get out with their capital.

Yes Nickb

Would not be holding a large chunk for so long if I did not believe, especially on AIM SHAME.

Chris - yes.

As stated, IM has loose lips and the fundraising seems a stitch up.

Great job by our Singapore reseller, VSolutions, promoting Blackbird at last week's BHP Workshop 2018: ‘The New Age of Content – Creativity, Data, Brands & Innovation’! #video #cloudvideo #cloudadoption

Just back from rural isolation. I understand Gervais Williams is quoted as saying "its new chief executive is turning things around", and that "sales were improving “hand over fist”. I'm pretty sure that IM has not said anything like that publicly so either the journalist misunderstood what had been said or the Company needs to confirm or deny the comment which was demonstrated in the market today today to have been price sensitive. If the source of the comment was the Company it's prima facie a clear breach of AIM Rules which require such comments to be posted so that all shareholders and investors are in possession of the fact(s)at the same time.

Free float is very small, surprised we haven't bagged today. 5 years ago this volume would bag.

Stock is in the process of being re-rated imho.

Company in low bid defence mode perhaps?

Agree, I remember talking to a guy in Cambridge who sold his first company for $500million to Citrix because basically they needed something he had done. You may recall the conversation around net neutrality etc. if FBT could sell its codec and patent as part of an efficiency for a content provider like Amazon, Azure or Netflix that gave them a competitive edge then the numbers could be big, otherwise hard to know.

Although, then again, if Google liked it enough to buy it as an infrastructure component for youtube that could be a big return too. (FBT did work with google before...).

So, blue sky potential is present but don't see much above 10 - 12p without that blue sky but as you say, blue sky could be anywhere around $100 - $500milion. I'd be happy enough to cash out at 24p fwiw, google if you're listening??

"a $100 million buyout would see us around 25p"

i think google bought on2 for around $100m and that was just for a codec that didn't support frame accurate editing.

forbidden's tech is substantially more than that - the codec, the backend, an editor, a soon-to-be launched player and of course the java script capability.

What has been interesting is:

- FBT engagement with public (PresentationsNewspspaper articles) = Share Price increase - Go figure!

- Any positive articles = 16 - 20% rise in share - This company is primed for enormous success

My prediction based on no info and loads of buffoonery:

10p by end of tomorrow! 😂 😂

What makes you think it will fall below 8p to buy?

paulcon1,

whew, I was beginning to worry I called it wrong! Nice to see 8p trades again, won't be making anymore share price predictions for a while! Hope to see your 10p!

Market cap still £24million, a $100 million buyout would see us around 25p, who knows, stranger things have happened. I'll look to start taking something off the table if we get to 11.2p if not before.

Pumping the share after you helped yourself to more of the company.

Mr Williams - where were the comments before the placing?

Deserved or not, the chart does look as if it will get back to 12p at some stage.
I shall look to buy a few below 8p.
