Hello, quiet board...is there anybody out there?! Would welcome an opinion.
Interesting company. Good organic growth, Directors hold a lot of shares, no debt, happy customers, distribution to 160 countries, experienced management team, new product stream in what appears to be a growth market.
Downsides: a dominant shareholder (but friendly I think), a little reliant on one long-term supplier (63% of their purchases), and does capitalise a chunk of R&D spend (but reasonable given that updating their technology is what keeps them in business).
I'm new to IPOs. Directors can sell from 11 Dec this year. Anyone have any experience/an opinion on how likely sells would be?
Cheers.

I think I was the first buyer in when this company came to the market recently. This is a quality business and we could all have a profitable ride over the next few years.I have also been buying Premier Technical Services Group(PTSG) which came to the market on AIM even more recently. This stock has all the ingredients for quite exciting growth in a niche sector.

Focusrite were the subject of a full recommendation in Share Watch this weekend. There seems to be plenty of organic growth in prospect assisted by the occasional acquisition. The shares should appreciate as more attention is focused on what is clearly a quality stock.
