Unbelievable. The shares never traded as low as 1p yet shareholders voted to accept 1p. You couldn't make it up.

I see Loganair are taking on more BMI routes, using BMI aircraft and crew.

What a con - own two airlines with their own AOCs, let one go bust with big debts and transfer all the profitable routes, aircraft at a reduced lease rate and already trained flight crews over to the other airline.

Legal advise today has confirmed I have 0% chance of any claim against the board on a company or personal level. Such a sad event given investors feel so disappointed by recent events. Hopefully one day the board will suffer like investors have.

What's this 'if' word? Surely this will be voted down by the biggest no vote ever seen for a scheme of arrangement. Why would anyone vote for 1p a share when they could get more than that by selling in the market? Big question for me is whether the shares get suspended ahead of the vote pending the directors intention to wind the company up but the Flybe share price has defied logic for weeks now so anything could happen over the next few days.
