Unfortunately there are quite a few brain dead on this board who seeing a penny share think it’s cheap . It’s not . If you think Tinkler the man who just lost a court case for been a moron is going to be your saviour then you are delusional. If you think Tinkler the man who spent £50 million on travel and corporate entertainment at Stobart is going to put Shareholder interest first then you deserve to get shafted. If you think Flybe board that has secured a deal with the consortium is going to drop that and entertain a maybe/possibly, under certain conditions offer from a moron then you really need to think again.

Most of what you posted reiterated rhe justifications provided by the board...as far as I can see there has not been any `critical' `evaluative' reading of the situation, rather a general acceptance of the BOD narrative. But carry on with the invective- true to style and character!

"I would not rely on statements made by the BOD of flybe...now that is not very `sound' at all!" Where did that come from? You are just a pathetic loser. Continue.

I'm not the one who has lost the money. You have. You have procedures of failure. Not me.

Minerve, passing my time...not wasting it...and enjoying the unfolding story. Yes there is a conspiracy...lets see how long it takes for you to admit it...you probably never will despite all the evidence and and indication....there is quite a story here, although I expect it is not unusual...it just has increasing potential to be exposed.

You are wasting your time mhin2. There is no conspiracy and nothing is going to happen apart from you wasting all that time and energy on something that is going to deliver you nothing. Business isn't pleasant sometimes when you are on the wrong side. Get over it, move on.

I did say there was a conspiracy very early on, and the amigos got upset...oh dear how fragile are their sensibilities (but not when it comes to invective). Lets hope Hoskings are very very sore losers...that would be when the cat is really put among the conspirators...kohn is making all the right noises, although he needs to be mindful of the limits of what can be said publicly.

Lets mot forget it was Virgin and Stobard that exacerbated the credit card issue, whilst acting in breach of the NDA. By so doing they brought Flybe to its kness, which allowed them to buy Flybe at a pound shop prices. This certainly needs investigation, and I have no doubt it will happen. There are a lot of questions, and when answers are found...then the conspiracy will be exposed. As to jjmaham. I would suggest it might be difficult to short flybe...much easier to short STOB

An American airline run by two former Virgin Express executives has emerged as the latest would-be saviour of Flybe, the lossmaking British regional carrier. However, the bid by Mesa Air, a company trading as American Eagle and United Express, which has teamed up with Andrew Tinkler, the former Stobart Group executive, has been rebuffed immediately by Flybe, which says it still wants to sell up for a penny a share to a consortium including Virgin Atlantic and Stobart. - The Times rjmahan how thick are you|? Please do your own research as always.

more indications of a conspiracy/stitch up from about 6.19 https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/live:bbc_radio_fourfm Interview with Kohn...and MESA were in early on but were turned away...so not a latecomer! More to come...including litigation it seems to me. I would be worried if I were a Stob holder.

Dev - Overal the The Mesa deal is not a better deal and provides far less security for the staff and passengers of Flybe then the Connect Airways deal and flybe have already used £15mln of the emergency money given to them by Connect Airways.

Interesting day for those that bought yesterday and doubled profits over night. Lucky for some hey . I guess BOD saying no to a better deal makes the case stronger for class action which will happen just a matter of time. BOD won't know what hit them
