Most brokers give you a link to the docs and you vote on line Unlikely that they will be sending out full doc packs to all and sundry

I have just found out from my broker you don't get the voting through your corporate action. You need to sign up for it and then information sent my post. Anyone that is looking to vote check with your broker before you miss deadline

Who would have thought it. Mr Tinkler not acting in the interest of all shareholders. Can Stobart reclaim the £50 million he spent on travel and corporate entertainment while in office? there are people here who still think he is interested in helping Flybe shareholders. Message finally received I hope.

Tinkler not fit to be a director: Https://www.investegate.co.uk/stobart-group-ltd--stob-/rns/high-court-judgment/201902151010452156Q/ Doesn't bode well for his FLYB action.

Devastated if you are still holding Flybe shares then you can vote them. If you have a share certificate then you should have received a circular and voting cards. But more likely your shares will be held in your broker's nominee account so you will need to have opted into the broker's voting service in order to give the broker your voting instructions. Deadline for voting is 28th February but brokers normally set an earlier deadline by a couple of days.

For those who still believe Mr Tinkler may make a counter bid for Flybe. I understand he may be interested in making an offer for the 50 x A380’s Emirates just cancelled from Airbus. DYOR Don’t believe BS

Devasted19 Let me unravel this for you. Perennial loss making airline eventually runs out of money after several capital raises fail to turnaround financial performance; sells operation.

what's the deal with the other stuff that Flybe does - all the engineering work for example, and the deal at Brize Norton to maintain the A400m fleet?

If I was the consortium. I’d let Tinkler have Flybe. Who needs the hassle of running an airline in this environment . Unpredictable fuel costs, sector in down turn , expensive aircraft leases, too many aircraft, loss making routes , useless management , business model proven to fail and over £80 million debt. I would bet my bottom Dollar, some peoples favourite Tinkler would if he had half a brain run like Mohamed Farah.
