hxxps://www.businesstraveller.com/forums/topic/willie-walshs-speech-at-an-aviation-club-dinner-in-dublin/ Well worth viewing. Mentioned IAG ownership of Flybe and the current bid from consortium. Showed no interest in buying Flybe and no longer interested in Norwegian. MUST WATCH

If hoskings can show that the parties that Flybe were already taking with, prior to Nov 14, 2018 announcement, was Stob and Virgin, then I think the ability to prove a conspiracy is almost certain. An interim injunction, and possible suspension cannot be far away. What happens in the meantime I don't know...I just see a mess...But as it stands, if there is possibility of litigation and the probability of Flybe board and consortium partners being sued to high heaven...I am sure none of the parties will want that, and the power parties may agree a mutually face saving deal...the shorters might end up paying, as I am sure the consortium offer (which should never have been recommended, unless the BOD was part of the conspiracy) was an opportunistic opening gambit. Of course, I prefer the litigation path...but don't think it will happen...who knows...well some people have an idea, certainly not us!

I read the letter. Sour grapes. Really can't see what can be acheived. As FT Markets Live mentioned, if you had questions about Flybe, you really should have been asking them about 12 months' ago. Hedge fund greed = FAIL! LOL

Stob/Virgin seem to have started the credit card acquirer debacle, and then they used it to make a ridiculous offer and attempt to justify a ridiculously cheap asset buy to address, it seems, the very problem they exacerbated .... I note people are also writing to and meeting their MP's, I wonder if any of them will want to get slimeball Grayling

The simple truth that Virgin & Stobart shared info without Flybe informing their shareholders or the takeover panel is evidence enough of malpractice. This will be investigated by the relevant authorities.

coscos, Hoskings letter is only based on the limited information they have, the conspiracy goes much deeper, but start with the known, and then delve...access to records, diaries etc would be fantastic
