Minerve, would you not be better off thinking about, and responding to, the following rather than whether I am sane?

Given the deal, a lot was discussed/arranged and delivered in a very short space of time...I am sure you would not disagree. That indicates pre-planning/ collusion to achieve a particular goal. None of this was reported.

You might argue they all worked bloody hard before, during and after the holiday period to co-ordinate all the advisers, PR specialists, marketing/business strategists, Accountants, Lawyers, Bankers, debtors, credit card acquirers (of course the organisational logistics would also have to be set up!) etc. etc.

Wow! quite a feat of co-ordination and organizations from the Nov. announcement of a `strategic review' and possible `offer of sale' .

POINTS TO A CONSPIRACY ...well at least to me....

You might argue (although there could be counters) that the conspiracy was necessary and desirable for jobs and infrastructure maintenance (I think Grayling was involved),...there is no denying there was a conspiracy here, the recipe and initial baking of which was pre Nov 2018 announcement. The rest was theater/performance

To all of you I am merely sharing my thoughts. I no longer have a material vested interest. I am just interested in whether the issues that Flybe raises will be surfaced...so dont have a go at me `I am only the piano player', but I dont like having my voice shut down..I dont think I have ramped/deramped, only stated what I thought from available information/knowledge. I have lost more money than I would have liked, being a single dad of 61 with a 12 year old. But hey ho, I will survive, as will my children...and I did decide it was gambling money to keep me amused. But I am a bit angry/ashamed at myself for coming back into the `market' to be conned, yet again, by the same old shenanigans. I think I will leave it to the COWS, Bradys and Bransons of this world, together with their financial advisers, lawyers, hedge funds and the rest of them...

Yes they were....proved to be BS.

FLYB BOD incompetent. They should of been more honest and stated that they were in trouble at least a couple of years ago rather than saying their fantastic strategic review was working. Red flags in the figures...yes, but most brokers reiterated hold or buy and some analysts in the media commented that they thought FLYB was a ‘good turnaround model’ and were fairly upbeat. Admittedly, not all.

How are we talking about compliance?. RNS’s have been released in a timely manner and shareholders have been kept informed. What other compliance were you expecting

Ex-broker, My Nephew works in Compliance in the City of London, I dont think he is as naive as you, it was interesting talking to him about how lawyers act/behave. I might add he has worked for some of the largest international Law firms.
