Golly, there is always a new way to lose money on the stock market. I guess the company was either against the wall when it announced the review or rapidly put against it by credit card companies.

Flybe directors + consortium fear a rival bid therefore Flybe directors sell off the majority of Flybe to the consortium then once they buy Flybe for the 2.2m they actually get the £2.8m back because it will be on the balance sheet of Flybe.

You couldnt make it up.

Makes me think the card companies are in on this scam...I wonder if its Barclays, after all they have the ethics and morality that is beneath the gutter (as has been proven, and well documented).

Couldn't agree more the board don't care they are protected I'd suggest move comments to twitter adding Flybe and its directors to create some noise about what's happening.

Okay now we're going to see1p.. NEVER EVER heard of this legalised theft in a supposedly protected REGULATED trading platform.. Fraud yes Bankruptcy yes but not blatant transparent public robbery . No wonder Police cannot even control knife crime in our Capital, IF they can't control BANDITS in our FINANCIAL community..IMO

The board is out of control...shareholders being deliberately misled and royally shafted eg I though move from premium listing was to allow some flexibility to get through any short term turbulence and have some room to be able to go it alone- not to asset strip the company to ensure there is no possibility of a counter offer ...Scam!

Could tinkller actually have been contemplating taking over flybe, and this maneuver (together with the slot sale) essentially a game of chess between two potentially hostile parties. Certainly ought to be investigated, but in all likelihood wont be. Absolute scandal!
