Please note this is a reissue of our disclosure from the 23(rd) August
2018, to clarify this was a sale of shares. Section 7 has been updated
to reflect this.
On 22(nd) August 2018, we sold 6,712 shares at a price of GBP1.63. This
reduced our shareholding from 10% to 9.99%.

the shares in issue.
