According to mam the dividend goes ex on the 4-6-15 paid 24-6-15

I think the 500,000 deal at 125p is the clue. Looks like an overhang has been cleared.

Four trades at 120p, being 416,000 bought (in 2 lots) and 416,000 sold (in 2 lots).

Odd that there does not appear to be a jobbers turn and odd that a seller managed to get the offer price.

Clearly linked. Schroders on the selling side, perhaps ? Miton's new fund on the buying side ? Only a guess.

50000 sold in first 15 minutes of trading.

Decent enough maiden results with divi as promised. Slight warning over exposure to oil and gas downturn, but they seem confident of future growth. A good hold and room for a good increase in share price looking forward. Let's see what the market thinks. I predict little response today, but Simon Thomson over at IC might have something positive to say which could just result in bit of action.
