People think come 27/04/2018 Flow will be a clean cash shell. It won't even after the sale of the energy business £16m of debt remains with the company. I believe the company is only be kept alive so the sale of energy business can be voted through. After that administration awaits.

A pretty turgid end. A rat of a CEO in Stiff and changing government policies led investors up the garden path.

"Flowgroup has developed a domestic microCHP (Combined Heat and Power) technology platform that can be used to generate electricity while heating the home"

Can you believe that? It is now just a technology platform. PROVEN LIARS! The boiler launch that never was February 2015. Failed first launch in 2014 became a soft launch?

Steer well clear.

Nonsense............The VAT was an excuse. VAT is still 5% on this so called boiler. That is what it has always been. It wasn't too big. It was from what I was told very noisy and didn't generate the electricity they said it did. All in all the boiler had technical issues that the company never divulged.

The boiler was to big for most domestic locations e.g. on a wall in the kitchen or utility room.

The reduction and removal of the feed-in tariff was the final nail in the coffin.

Look at the 5 year chart. From 2014 peaking at the so called launch of the non existent boiler. Launch was February 2015 share price peaked virtually on that launch date. The share price collapsed to 10p within 9 months. The insiders knew the true story of the boiler

"Flowgroup has also agreed the sale of its microCHP boiler technology and intellectual property to iGEN Technologies Inc. (£iGEN£) for an upfront consideration of CAD 25,000 (circa £14,000) in cash with potential royalty payments of up to CAD 1,411,000 (circa £789,000) IN THE EVENT iGEN is able to successfully commercialise the microCHP technology".... to state"in the event" surely is admission that the boiler wasn't fit for purpose in November 2014?
=========================

Surely this is tantamount to an admission that the boiler was never a viable proposition. The serious fraud office should get involved here.

Who's buying the shares that I dumped at a great loss? and the other 300million+?
A genuine question as the company will be delisted soon.

Whoever buys it out then becomes responsible for all its liabilities including the pensions for those who drove it into the ground in the first place.

Why not just buyout flow might still be a possibilty knockout share price at this level

I'm still scratching my head how a boiler having had near 50 million quid ploughed into it was now only worth a few grand. It's criminal what has gone on here over the years. Time after time we were told it was being trialed here there and everywhere. Some people who have been involved in this company really shouldn't still have their liberty.

The one hope is a shareholder revolt. Contact Align Research. Why would any share holder vote for nil return, utter madness. Palm and Lombard may have forced this on the BOD. Alternatives may have been administration but that is coming anyway for the PLC if the sale of Flow Energy goes through.
