10/4/2018 09:49 | Is always an expert with hindsight. I did say to run at 1.1p and it's down 97% from 1p. Even me could not expect this. PWhite734 Apr '18 - 10:50 - 491 of 508 0 0 0 As Flow is an energy supplier to some 250k customers Ofgem and the Competition Commissioner would have the final say on any sale. Making fake claims about the sale of the energy side of the business which holds confidential information on some 250k customers is not something they would dare to do. Furthermore the nomad and broker would have to be in on the fake offers for the announcement to go out. The offers for the energy side of the business were genuine. | bullet ant
10/4/2018 09:49 | If you read the rest of the RNS Flow will receive about £780k in royalties if the Canadian company can sell the boilers. | pwhite73
10/4/2018 09:40 | The business model was real it just failed. The two main institution investors Palm and Lombard have lost millions in this. Don't confuse Flow with AIM stocks where there is no business or what little business exists is just a front to steal PI money. | pwhite73
10/4/2018 09:21 | Errrrh hate to tell you all but........ I TOLD YOU SO. Now let's push for an investigation. This company has done little more than steal money off investors and shareholders alike. | 1fox1
10/4/2018 08:39 | Whats the lowest a share price has dropped in a day flow aiming to break a record today | mally6
10/4/2018 08:36 | Shares below their nominal value are normally worth a punt as the company cannot dilute any further. Having read the RNS there is nothing left here to invest in. Even after the sale they still have liabilities. This will delist. | pwhite73

10/4/2018 07:59 | Get the bin bag ready The Company Convertible Loan Notes (and the Preference Shares) rank in priority to the Ordinary Shares and it is therefore expected that the distribution to Shareholders will be GBPnil under all likely scenarios following Completion. | s1zematters
04/4/2018 11:33 | 1fox1 We all agree 100% with you regarding the company's history. There is no arguing about the stream of lies told about the boiler business for years and right up to the day Stiff was given the boot. However lies cannot so easily be told about the energy side of the business because it is regulated and monitored by Ofgem. They cannot lie about their customer size or the revenue coming in. Indeed it was solely because of the integrity of the energy side of the business that they were able to raise and pump so much money in the failed boiler business. Once again I reiterate Stiff and the boiler businees are history. Now if you're saying the new management are just as bad or even worse then Stiff well that's a different argument. | pwhite73
04/4/2018 11:16 | Graham my memory is very good. That is the problem for people like you. I know you like to say the boiler is history. It is now all about the energy company. Sorry mate it doesn't work like that. This company has scammed past investors out of a lot of money. If someone robbed your house and sh&gged your misses would you invite him round for tea the next day? I think not. | 1fox1

04/4/2018 10:09 | "In March 2017 they announced they had received several offers for it" ==================== Are you having a laugh? Ha ha that's if what they said was true. Lot's of insiders made plenty of money out of that little fiasco. They have yet still to name any of these so called suitors. The share spiked up to 4p if I remember correctly. My personal thoughts on it are that there never was a buyer. The buyer was probably about has real as a reliable boiler that generated it's own electricity. | 1fox1
03/4/2018 19:38 | lunanlodge - "On the other hand why the need for the £5m loan in the first place if customers are paying their bills on a regular basis" That is because they are restructuring the business to focus solely on energy supply. Money would be needed to dispose of the boiler business and all the liabilities that came with it including staff and creditors. The energy part of the business is the jewel in the crown. In March 2017 they announced they had received several offers for it. In May 2017 they announced the sale was off as they raised £25 million in capital. So I would not pay too much attention to the £5m loan. 250,000 customers is a lot of potential business on top of their energy bills. They generate revenue of about £141 million a year. They would have long since been a cash rich profitable business if it hadn't been for the loss making and failed boiler business. The AIM listing is capped at £1.1m valuing their 250k customers at £4.40p each. Fingers cross this should rerate but its AIM and literally anything can happen. | pwhite73
03/4/2018 15:02 | They are selling energy at a loss. It's quite well known. Hence the need to cap customers. Sooner or later they will simply run out of money. They've burnt through nearly 50 million in three or four years. | 1fox1
03/4/2018 11:36 | Do you pay for your energy before or after you have used it. Do you use more in the winter or summer. | grahamwales |
