If they follow their normal schedule, final results could be in a couple of weeks' time; however last year's (presumably because of Covid) were delayed until Sept.

Intriguing buy at 45p on the 28th june. An insider willing to spend £25k for a quick gain?

Yes it does not take a lot buying to move the price. I’ve been a shareholder for years and happy to hold. Dividends will hopefully return as the property market improves.

There's that tick up again after a slight retrace. Tiny volume. I'll carry on talking to myself - only commenting because this seems very, very unusual. I do know the free float here is restricted, so any change is going to be accentuated.

Assuming this wasn't some weird, temporary glitch, this would be the highest level for over a year; since early March 2020.

No news, zero trades - and yet this closes 18.8% up, at 40p bid, 42p offer. Odd! Other than a worked trade with delayed reporting to come, anyone got a more mundane explanation?

Trading update. The company anticipate a trading loss in the second half, similar to the first. But end encouragingly: "Looking beyond the end of the financial year, the Company is starting to tentatively see some encouraging signs from clients planning to make investment decisions, and the Company has continued to invest in its people and systems in preparation for the return to more normal market conditions. The Company remains well supported by a strong balance sheet with no debt."

Well that was better than expected. Even paying a dividend! Yield just under 4% which is just fine. I think they've been far too gloomy about Brexit in their outlook statements and ignored the possibility of a 'Brexit bounce' when we're free of the shackles and enabled by new trade deals from end December onwards, particularly if the hapless Khan is finally ousted from the Mayoralty and instead of just painting rainbows the motor of London's enterprise heart can be restarted.

The only issue with this company is keeping up with the incessant newsflow ;o) Results due/overdue

Unusual to see movement here. Interim dividend payment date today. Wouldn't be surprised to see interest returning to FLK with renewed optimism for UK and London compared to rest of Europe.

Dividend maintained and uncertainty over whether we'd ever decide on Brexit finally removed. Results not as bad as I feared and grounds for optimism looking ahead.

Hefty investment in FLK on 26th Nov by "David Thompson" (for his SIPP), 300,000 shares, costing around a cool £135k.

I'm not selling despite the steep rise, because yield is still an impressive 5.8%. Would be hard put to find a decent alternative home for the cash given that secure, good yield is my priority.
