Fishing Republic, the fishing tackle retailer, announces that on 29 January 2018, Steve Gross, Executive Director of the Company, and his wife Zoe Gross transferred 757,500 and 194,230 ordinary shares of 1p each respectively into their self-invested personal pensions at an average price of 10.5p per share.

Following these transfers, Mr Gross remains beneficially interested in 11,240,822 ordinary shares, representing 29.7 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights prior to the issue of equity announced earlier today.
