24/5/2018 12:26 | Calming down now. Looks like a good old fashioned raid to get the stock from someone... | brownie69
24/5/2018 11:30 | And off we go... Today I feel a nibble at 18p is possible. | sidjameslaugh
24/5/2018 11:07 | Shirley you are looking at the wrong tweet. That's for a game lmao. | babbler
24/5/2018 10:40 | Will they do a trading update so close to results which are out Thursday next week? | babbler
24/5/2018 10:40 | Something fishy going on | shirley83
24/5/2018 10:37 | Nice move. Think Village Idiot may have nailed the reasons. Would like to see trading update before adding as I'm cautious that the bad winter was bad for fishing and the new team will want to c;lear the decks re any bad news etc. But debt free and with a proper ecommerce team in place I'd expect investment into digital rather than shops. A story I'd be happy to back. | brownie69
24/5/2018 10:18 | Nice. Joined you. | babbler
24/5/2018 09:54 | Took a position this morning after trying to buy yesterday afternoon. MMs wouldn't fill my order at all so little stock about. Was going to wait until results but decided to take an opening position. I think the worst is over as recent raise was done with Kamanis (Boohoo), Sir Terry Leahy (old Tesco CEO), Zeus founders, and the board. Gave the co £1.3m gross cash and there is no debt on the balance sheet. Board restructure and whereas previously it was a family run business with a CEO and FD they now have a COO, Head of Merchandise and Buying etc, outsourced the website to professionals.. CEO is ex-Superdry Head of E-commerce who grew the business £3m to £70m. Bit risky, but there is a bowl on the chart and revenues were up 64% with LFL 22%. It's a growing business, and they had problems with stock shifting and holding too much of it - the board say that was their goal to turn it around. DYOR! Worth viewing the Master Investor presentation on YouTube with the COO. @vilage_idoit | vilage_idoit
01/5/2018 16:17 | All rather odd. Some serious investors in retail on the shareholder list here but the results were expected mid-April. Probable that there will be a real kitchen-sinking in the numbers when they are eventually released and, as we are 4 months into the current year, it will be interesting to see how trading is going. Even the website appears to be down at the moment - hardly inspires one with confidence ! | forsh
19/4/2018 08:23 | I think the next trading update will be crucial. Been a tough winter but the weather has finally improved there will be a big move to outdoor activities, including fishing of course. | brownie69
05/4/2018 12:56 | A few buys going though after that massive transaction on Tuesday. Last update suggested trading back to expectation. If this is confirmed in the coming days, this could move back up to 30p extremely quickly due to low capitalisation and few shares available. | likitorma
19/2/2018 14:00 | It was interesting that Chris Griffin did not participate in the placing (in any case he did not subscribe for sufficient shares to push him over the 3% mark - not many required after receiving 1M for about 8 week's work). That suggests to me that he didn't have much confidence in his proposed strategy. My guess is that he is now dumping his shares. | cold pasta man
15/2/2018 16:17 | 525K shares dumped at 10p- Looks as though possibly someone coming on on the last placing cutting an dtunning or thouse who took stock instead of fees protecting their fees ? | pugugly
13/2/2018 15:30 | Adam Kamani of Boohoo fame declares a holding following placing. | norbert colon
02/2/2018 11:08 | No bottom fishing metaphors lol? | luckymouse

31/1/2018 12:08 | RNS..........They decide to change the name to something more befitting the company so from now on it shall be known as PISHING on THEPUBLIC. | chimers
29/1/2018 09:54 | A sensible placing in the circumstances. Looks oversold now that the balance sheet is stronger. | brownie69
11/1/2018 10:15 | I guess Griffin's involvement with the goings-on at Godskitchen and Air Promotions was just a little too fishy for this company! | cold pasta man
11/1/2018 09:35 | Hi Hybrasil, yes with properties leased to the company. Also, check the red flags about the company's accounts and the admission document. | nelson5100
11/1/2018 09:34 | Looks like a fight between new ceo and old ceo. Griffin walks off with a massive payoff Old ceo still in the broom cupboard, thought he be in the skip by now but how demoralising for him | tjbird
11/1/2018 08:12 | It is so rare that John lee gets it really wrong. I hate when founders retain freeholds. Has this happened here? | hybrasil |
