Well I wonder what has given this a kick up the backside, the daily falls even though small were starting to drain a bit the last 2 weeks, fingers crossed the next 2 weeks the trend is reversed...

Yeah Vol...the end bit, the tip, pointer, nobend, or bell
Its used by many market analysts to determine whether the feeling is right to enter long or short, or in financial terms, from the front or rear.

Hope this helps

Well FWIW I have sold up here. Its given me 20% in a few months and as its not really a sector I have a lot of interest in I thought it was enough. Can watch it shoot up from here onwards.

Would that really have any material financial effect on a co this size?

I feel more for anyone involved.

Huge gap up when this level goes.

I hope it's not a FGP train hitting a FGP bus in Canada

Not sure it would b spent on existing lines R.Faulkner, I think it would mean new conventional lines and brances - transport system can't cope with closing these lines to work on imo.

Next leg up here? The big break out leg?

Electrification of the (former GWR) Paddington-Birmingham mainline, replacing the single-track section and the introduction of high speed trains would attract passengers, an interchange at West Hampstead would be a further attraction.

Would cancellation of HS2 be good for the existing rail companies, if massive amounts of money was spent on existing lines would that reduce FGP's income while the work is done. Maybe better in the long run but SPs don't do long runs

I'm not sure, just interested in other's opinions

Days (plural) being the operative term, Fed aside, broker inspired moves often last three trading days.

It is terrifying how many civil servants have wedded their careers to HS2, even the evidence of understated costs massively outweighing overstated benefits will not be sufficient to derail this political vanity project.

They are the days to buy imo Miata - broker noise.

When #HS2 gets cancelled these are up 10-20% imo - all the investment will be going into existing rail imo.

#HS2 - the death throws beckon imo.

I just spent 4 days in Weston Super Mare(I know how to live at Pontins) but saw some wonderful First Buses, all brand new and doing good business with the OAPs and their Freedom Passes, cost the Gov and local authorities but all money for FGP
