Your very vocal for sure chimmers, but I never caught what kind of investments you invest in, in fact in your post history you just seem to bash many companies but I've not seen one you like yet. So maybe you could give us amateurs a company you like so we can see if it's better than this one. You seem to offer nothing at the moment. It's easy to just slate a company for fun/sport, but coming up with a good alternative would show us your not some numpty who doesn't like any company.

I think we should be clear that the net assets per share is 39.39p and the "Adjusted net assets per share" is 62.21p From the interim report page 18. Net assets per share 39.39p 35.68p 40.29p Adjusted net assets per share 62.21p 51.25p 53.07p It is quite a big adjustment and I think we all have to take our own view about this and what discount or premium is fair value.

Just out of interest, what companies do you like the look of Chimmers. I can't tell from your posting history, you don't seem to like much at all. This company has a lot going for it and has plenty of fundamentals to back it up,never mind what simon thompson says. So what company do you own that’s better than this Chimmers.

Chimers, what a load of tosh. If you look back over the years at the BoD's deals, past share price performance & dividends paid during those years and make an informed decision. To simply say this is a 'pump & dump' clearly depicts your intelligence on the matter. Pathetic.

This is just another Simon SCAMMER Thompson fraudulent pump and dump. Chimers17 Sep '18 11:36 - 508 of 535 Edit This is extreme high risk Simon Thompson pump and dump. Investing in properties in Poland and Romania is a sure-fire recipe for disaster.

Agree its a good time to top up, reported NAV 62p in the last results but plenty of hidden value as its all recorded at book cost, should get some positive new flow during Q2 and a re-rate

Bought a few more today, can't help feeling whatever I put in now is going to be worth more in a month or so

Beat me to it catsick. Off memory NAV is much higher if property is marked to market.

The true nav was 62p at the interim stage, it is going to be higher now and with the growing aum of the asset management business that should be worth an additional 20p by now , this company with its excellent management should be worth 85p at a minimum

Any views on the lacklustre share price performance of late ...property sector malaise in general or Brexit concerns with assets held overseas?

cat, I'm not sure about that. The current TNAV is 42p which shows the share price at a premium to TNAV. I'm not saying that this is not a bargain price though. It is certainly one of my better performers over the years and deserves a premium valuation.

Trading close to the lows for the year and we are about 5 weeks from a year end trading statement which should be a very bullish signal given the great deals they have done, I think the current discount to nav will be the widest in many years given the profits they have been piling on .....

Yes, I'm no chartist but I also liked the look of the chart. It doesn't look like it wants to go lower and I hope it has potential to go much higher!

"First Property’s share price rallied by a third in value post my last article to an all-time high of 67p, and then drifted back on profit taking. Trading on a 15 per cent discount to book value, offering a prospective dividend yield of 3.2 per cent and priced on 11 times likely EPS for the full year, this is a repeat buying opportunity worth exploiting. Buy."
