Issue of Equity

FD (AIM: FDP.L, ESM: FDP.I) announces the allotment of 72,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options by certain employees.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and ESM and it is expected that admission will take place on 20 March 2019. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following these allotments, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 26,234,258 ordinary shares.
