Oh it's British alright down around Newry.

The troops , helicopters, armoured vehicles and fortified watch towers.

Definitely were all British.

If you’re British you are on the Mainland and British, unlike Ulsterwomen/Ulstermen/Ulsterpersons. Last time I looked the UK was (and I presume still is) the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

No person would suggest this company is dishonest or dodgy

My issues with its future in prospects

This is not an Irish company. British people can be hugely ignorant on this score but Northern Ireland is in the UK.

I presume the SEC, CME, ASIC, 90% investment banks, hedge funds such as citadel, brokers are all just wrong about the technology.. not hard to search linkedin and see which places have hired kdb developers.

Are you referring to aquaQ which has been around for a decade? Not uncommon to have a competitor in the consulting aspect of a technology. The difference is first derivatives is the IBM, owner and provider . Big multinational companies like to work with the OEM and not some untrialed spin off if there was ever that .. plus you can't just rebuild and employ entire teams on the client side because xyz was on paper a cheaper product.Silly and small sighted. If you look at the hires at senior level in the company it paints a different picture. They have gotten some great well respected names. Not sure who you refer to by leaving?

I not have opinion or try to manipulate

I only presented fact

It very worrying that essentially multiple members of kx left and made company in same industry

Yes q code very compact
That is again issue in this case

I have good understanding on this industry and technology
Point in report about sales not matching expectations very important

could be and hope it will clear up some of the rumours flying around. It will allow them to confirm / disaffirm.

Wonder whether Winfrith will turn up - but from what I understand he is more of a sniper and does not attend these types of day (wonder why).

CMD announced - I wonder if this has anything to do with how they plan to finance the acquisition of the minority interest in kX that the DON’T currently own (as you previously claimed, Simon).

About the business, about the technology.. you speak of this new company as if it is some sort competitor already. The source code of kdb is under 10 pages. I doubt it would be that hard for him to recreate it. Kparc. That is why you have IP. Fair enough you talk of the cash flow and the accounts. Any one with a degree can work out numbers. A lot of what you say, conject, is an opinion using the numbers to spin it your way. It's ok, but the fact of the matter is you clearly have an objective about what you say. You want to influence the uninformed on this thread and scare them into thinking there is some strange conspiracy going on. I don't want to defend first derivatives but they have not done anything wrong except for grow and be on the right side of the tide w.r.t their technology and their investments.

You have clearly no idea about anything. Perhaps you can prove me wrong by explaining how kdb is used by the many customers of first derivatives.

TT trade actively - you can see that from shorttracker if you look back at the history of their position. The fund who just announced a new position looks like a spin out from TT. The main guy might have been the CIO at TT. You can track this back from Companies House and LinkedIn. (By the way, if you think TT are smart, then maybe you should be asking why are you continuing to sit on the other side of their trade.)

Expect more of the following

Furthermore, on 21 December 2018 the Company allotted 127,400 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in respect of the final instalment of deferred consideration relating to the acquisition of Prelytix Inc. ('Prelytix'), announced on 26 February 2015.

And FDP has to stump up a wedge of cash it has not got for a legally committed purchase Kx by June 29 for $53.8 million and already has net debt of $40 million. It will need more funding or more debt.

No one with an ounce of nosh would argue with the share prophet position ( even if it was self fulfilling )

xxx://shorttracker.co.uk/company/GB0031477770/

The % shorted increased since mid Dec according to this?

The shakti angle is a big red flag and I suspect more shall arise from it
It has the potential to devalue the kx investment
