Sorry I'm going to skip tomorrow, not worth coming up to London for, as out of the city until next week.

I guess that's the whole point of holding the AGM on this particular date.

As i recall there was an auction finishing 12th December 2017 and next one is end of January 2018, so i guess some info maybe gleaned at AGM

Something about 6 weekly Sales Events and publishing the outcome very quarter ?... I think ?

PIs never needed to respond to the Open Offer because it was always likely we could get in at =< 10p anyway... which clearly some of us definitely have.

Ultimately that's it - the Business Plan has been reset, expectations have been reset, the MV and share price is reset and we can now look forward to 1 of 2 things:

1) treading water indefinitely achieving nothing much beyond current expectations
2) BOOM !

Good outcome indeed.
I think the open offer was a nod to existing shareholders and more the fool them if they didn't take it. The shortfall has been picked up by the existing institutions, AFAIK.

Suffice to say, I've taken additional shares plus open market @ 9.99p.

The offer was fully supported by those who count, so it's good enough for me.

edited ... Broker has now registered me for AGM, letter of Representation ordered but may not reach me in time, accordingly i will ring Tavistock beforehand just to make sure there are no problems.

Yes very wise, IMO.

The GM is just to rubber stamp the deal, then the meeting will be closed.

The AGM is the place to ask questions.

I hope so potter as even by averaging down I can't get to 10p so it needs to go up 100% from these levels before I get anywhere near. I thought my days of averaging down in this share were a thing of the past.
