Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

FireAngel (AIM: FA.) , one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 are now available on its website at www.fireangeltech.com and will be posted later today to those shareholders registered to receive physical copies along with details of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") which are set out below.

The Company will hold its AGM at 10.00 am on 16 June 2021 at the Company's offices at Vanguard Centre, Sir William Lyons Road, Coventry CV4 7EZ.

As a result of the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and the legal measures the UK Government has put in place restricting public gatherings, the Board has concluded that, in these exceptional circumstances and to ensure shareholders can comply with the legal requirements currently in place, shareholders should not be permitted to attend this year's AGM. Shareholder attendance at the AGM will be limited to only the two shareholders required to form a quorum under the Company's Articles of Association, being the Chairman and one other identified shareholder.

Shareholders are encouraged to exercise their votes by completing and submitting proxy forms in accordance with the instructions on the proxy form.
