Notice of adjourned Annual General Meeting

FireAngel (AIM: FA.) , one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, announces that details of the Company's Adjourned Annual General Meeting ("Adjourned AGM") are now available on its website at www.fireangeltech.com and will be posted later today to those shareholders registered to receive physical copies. Further details on the Company's Adjourned AGM are set out below.

As announced on 18 June 2021, the Company will hold its Adjourned AGM at 10.00 am on 30 June 2021 at the Company's offices at Vanguard Centre, Sir William Lyons Road, Coventry CV4 7EZ.

As a result of the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and the legal measures the UK Government has put in place restricting public gatherings, the Board has concluded that, in these exceptional circumstances and to ensure shareholders can comply with the legal requirements currently in place, shareholders should still not be permitted to attend the Adjourned AGM. Shareholder attendance at the Adjourned AGM will be limited to only two persons entitled to vote at the meeting.
