Fintech Asia, (LON:FINA) an investment company established to acquire businesses focused on improving the delivery and use of financial services in Asia, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at Martello Court, Admiral Park, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3HB on Monday 24 October 2022 at 10:30am UK time.
The Notice of the AGM, together with the Company's unaudited accounts for the period from incorporation 28 May 2021 until 30 June 2022 will be available to view on the Company's website at: https://fintechasialtd.com
