my comments weren't aimed at anyone in particular and i apologise if it was interpreted that way. It's inevitable with the evaluation and rise in share price that we'll get new contributors. It's just a polite note to all contributors to please retain this thread at the level and standard it has had in the past.

This thread has many well respected investors and has been very well supported with sensible comment and analysis, which is to be commended, those of us who have been here a long time would hope to maintain that, so please lets keep it that way.

SP, yes very happy, although I have top sliced a small amount (under 10 % of my holding) in recent weeks so I'm quietly kicking myself at the same time! :o)

It's long been thus, but has been dogged by debt ratio concerns on the part of some - however, they've gradually whittled away at the debt whilst upping T/O.

Diverse Income Trust wouldn't be buying if a dividend wasn't on the cards for next year in my opinion. At last, this seems to be moving up to a more sensible valuation - it's been a long wait!
