Exercise of Options and

Total Voting Rights

finnCap Group plc (AIM: FCAP) (the "Company"), today announces that an employee has exercised options over 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP0.06 per share under the Group Share Incentive Plan. The Company has today issued shares to satisfy the exercise.

Following the issue of these 500,000 Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 169,730,089 and shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 500,000 Ordinary Shares issued. It is anticipated that admission to trading of, and dealings in, the Ordinary Shares will commence on AIM on or around 9 September 2019.
