In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, the Company's issued voting share capital consists of 15,450,000 class A ordinary Shares and 3,862,500 unlisted class B ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights of the Company is 19,312,500 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
