20/12/2004 21:11 | Yes, despite a big sell at lunch time. Could be a happy new year as I expect an announcement before 2005 is very old. | golferscoop2
20/12/2004 18:40 | and up and up, MOSHT INTRESHTING!!! | pomp circumstance

14/12/2004 00:17 | Well, as FDC is now effectively a cash shell, something's got to give. Gordon Hall's track record suggests he won't be sitting on his hands for too long and I'd imagine that his commitment to and involvement with two other plc's would be enough incentive to wrap this one up quickly and neatly. Fingers crossed!! | golferscoop2
13/12/2004 23:59 | aha, someone else who suspects that something is about to happen. Bene449 www.addicted2shares. | bene449
13/12/2004 23:39 | A little bird told me that Chairman Gordon Hall is winging his way to South Africa on Wednesday to tie up the loose ends of the much speculated oil company reversal. It's only a two day trip and thats a long way to go for an overnight stay unless there's a real purpose. Recent huge volumes would suggest that those in the know have been filling their boots. Anyone else heard anything? | golferscoop2
09/12/2004 15:19 | 25 million shares traded so far today, still no news or interest from anyone else :-( | bene449
09/12/2004 08:02 | Marked up pre-market. Could be another good day. | bene449
08/12/2004 16:39 | I heard one about a Management buyout, but that was several months ago. Maybe it's finally happening? Bene449 www.adddicted2shares | topnotch
08/12/2004 16:31 | What did you hear tee man ? | peterstilgoe
08/12/2004 16:26 | New to this yesterday, I heard a good rumour about this one. | tee man
08/12/2004 16:16 | Been on my monitor for some time, but didn't expect it to move so fast. Just bought 20000, obviously something is happening in the background. No-one seems to have noticed it yet, but when it starts being picked up on traders' radars.....whoooooos | bene449
07/12/2004 13:41 | Yes, I noticed it too. In fact, I'm really liking the look of the graph (I'm no chartist), but there is a definite upward trend. Maybe they're closer to that reverse takeover? | susier
07/12/2004 13:31 | something up here ? Anyone else following this one? | parvez
26/11/2004 08:08 | price starting to slip now! | pomp circumstance
15/11/2004 14:15 | taking that spikey bit out the chart looks very nice, all we neeed now is some good news to keep up the impetus!! | pomp circumstance
15/11/2004 13:55 | I agree susier. If FDC can find themselves an appropriate reverse takeover opportunity I can see a positive RNS causing a fair rise here. I cut losses from Hansard days but bought back in here again at a low price....7p would be nice now. | bjlewis
11/11/2004 08:20 | bjlewis - yes, I'm in from Hansard days - and well into a loss at the moment! Although FDC seems to have had an unfortunate start, I've read a few positive comments recently, which have led me to believe that they are working hard and rewards for shareholders will follow eventually. | susier
10/11/2004 18:57 | Definately think there is serious corporate activity going on behind the scenes here. MM's seem to be manipulating price in order to get some big buys through with continued large trading volumes every day for some time now. Did you ever buy susier? | bjlewis
03/11/2004 21:46 | Holding in Company Financial Development Corporation plc was informed today that, as at the close of business on 29 October 2004, UBS AG, acting through UBS AG London Branch, had an interest of 17,886,828 Ordinary shares of ?0.001 in the Company. This represents 4.95% of the issued share capital of the company. Looked like something like this was on the way after last weeks trading. | bjlewis
01/11/2004 16:20 | Today's Independent says 3 business associates of Terry Ramsden are being sued for £15m over the botched fund raising by FDC. Also says that FDC still has the option to buy Griffin Leisure, although the purchase has collapsed. Instead FDC is a rich cash shell looking for a reverse takeover. | susier
01/11/2004 14:51 | Definately a lot going on behind the scenes today anyway! | bjlewis
29/10/2004 11:05 | I'm liking you susier, hope you are right. | bjlewis |
