I just don't see how any of the authority's
Have not updated shareholders,
We understand there is a investigation,but
does that overide them communicating and

Impo I think this is not all over for us private holders still hoping though . I think a debt 4 equity swap of anything upto 80% of the company and once the private investigation is still on going there could b a claim back off fraudulent funds who knows but I don't think its lights out just yet impo .

I was trading this in 3 of my accounts and thought I'd sold it from all 3 but still had 3800 quids worth in one account sadly. Oh well. Could have been worse like the 24k gone in DEBS with that scandal of what they did there. Needs regulating so shareholders can't be ripped off like this.

Hate to say it but I agree,
It's already not showing on LSE
So the regulators have let down
shareholders with their inability
to let us know what's happening.
I challenge anyone to ring their
broker , FCA or any other organisation
or regulators, they are all saying the
same thing , this is suspended pending
a investigation, but they don't realise
there is a 6 month suspension rule!!
If that's been past why have they not
Updated anyone,just shows the world
how not to regulate!!

Obviously the FCA are still
Investigating ,some brokers
are saying it’s not listed
Either way it’s a poor performance
By all on communication.
I know there is a six month rule
So why hasn’t the regulators
Even updated the world!!!

Someone should remind the Nomad this
can't be listed as it's exceeded the
6 month rule , unless of course they
have met the requirements, but this
company hasn't said a bloody thing
to holders!!!

Honest chap on the phone from h l stockbrokers said they have only recent news from delayed results on 28 / 8 / 20 that is why they have been extended he said . Maybe he is wrong but that is what he said . I bought these @ 5p 25000 of them so I'm hoping but will write it off pretty soon . You never know till the fat lady sings just hope

Ago, you can’t just be in a permanent
Suspension, there is a 6 month rule

I wanted to let you know the sad news that cc (Mum) died peacefully in Townchester Hospital on Sept 16. Many thanks to all of you for the kind thoughts, visits and messages that were such a comfort to her in her final night.
CC - mum funeral will be held at 11am on Wednesday 23 September at Townchester Crematorium and afterwards at the Townchester Hotel Garden Room.
I’d be grateful if you could pass this message along to anyone who knew sarah and would like to join the family in our celebration of her life.
