I don't really want a bid whilst the price is so low, I believe shareholders will get a better return allowing the company to trade.

That holding RNS a bit messy but L@G have reduced by 4% from 21M to 12.7M
9.97% down to 5.99%
Plus a few more million since then. RNS up to 9th Jan

I still think the IP is worth the share price alone!

This buyer is persistent. One might imagine that he is now getting fairly close to the level where he will have to disclose his identity.

That looks like an II to II trade.Matching a seller and a buyer.

Strange isn't it that we have a sizeable chunk of activity yesterday then nothing today!

Mes, don't doubt any of that, and a couple of buys at 9.8 indicate the penny may be dropping: hope so

Not really, mad foetus, you should start thinking more in terms of FTC's ongoing profitability minus the losses from the division that has just been sold, and then put that on a PER of 20 so as to reflect the obviously above average growth prospects . Think you will find that 20p would appear to be a fair price, and that is without building in a premium for a possible takeover ( more than a possibility in my view, given that the Board control such a small percentage of the share capital ).
OK, Legals are selling down, but do not assume that they know more than the rest of us, I suspect that their selling is the result of a new non micro cap exposure approach, and therein lies the opportunity for us private investors who are not hamstrung by Trustees's meetings and the constant need to appear to have been wise ( after the event ! )

Agree though buying at 10 looks brave in the short term

Yes, definitely somebody is a serious buyer ( or given the shapes perhaps there are two buyers ? ), but obviously Legals are still supplying the stock. But they are not stupid, they will surely try to feed into a rise rather than smashing the momentum, and of course one day they will no longer have enough stock to satisfy the market. This stock could just turn out to be one of 2020's best performers !
