30/12/2019 16:39 | slicethepie, wise words indeed. The antics of certain fund managers provides us private investors with easy pickings at times. Currently high redemption levels at Miton, resulting in large scale selling of their small cap holdings, is another case in point. | mesquida

20/12/2019 13:48 | Newlands, no idea but they certainly have a few more shares in Filtronic than I have. Clearly, I hope they make a fortune! | bazworth
20/12/2019 11:24 | Who are the Newlands, forgive me for asking..? | brucie5
20/12/2019 10:31 | I bought another slug | mad foetus
20/12/2019 09:36 | And the newlands buying more. This is screaming bargain, just need to listen | mad foetus
20/12/2019 09:27 | Slight retrace this morning allowed me to get back on board in modest fashion. Great sale yesterday. Cash rich, small cap in a growth sector. Chart looks poised for further gains. | brucie5
19/12/2019 16:55 | Look forward to FTC growth in 2020. Assuming a conservative 2020-21 profit of £2m, £5m cash, and period of growth, this could go to a PE of 20 and price of at least 20p. But it is difficult to correlate from year-to-year - from 2018-19 to 2019-20 significant growth in the Orpheus product is reported, but £2m tax credit last year distorts figures. And their profits have been lumpy in the past - hope that changes - all imo. | weatherman
19/12/2019 16:31 | Clears the decks for a stella 2020. Excellent result. | loafofbread
19/12/2019 13:45 | Excellent sale price , and bullish update on the residual business. Shame that Legals are selling ( I gather that it is a general policy decision re their small cap holdings rather than being a vote of no confidence in FTC ), but at least it does provide buyers with the opportunity to pick up large chunks of stock without moving the market. | mesquida
19/12/2019 13:06 | Good deal. | weatherman
19/12/2019 12:57 | If Legals were not selling down their stake then this would be a lot higher. | mesquida
19/12/2019 11:44 | Just seen the sale - added! Nice cash balance deal - offset the claim x2 | pictureframe
16/12/2019 13:29 | 10p resistance again - kicked back down | pictureframe

16/12/2019 11:51 | UK small caps the new place to be! | loafofbread
16/12/2019 10:41 | But presumably Legals will continue to feed out into the rise ? | mesquida
16/12/2019 09:33 | the buyer seems to be persistent | wisecat2
16/12/2019 09:09 | Doesn't take much! | mad foetus
15/12/2019 23:25 | mesquida, I’m still extremely happy to hold. They were pretty strange trades on Friday! Things will hopefully change for the better, there are certainly quite a few things to look out for! | bazworth
15/12/2019 22:44 | has this got a ceo | onjohn
15/12/2019 22:20 | Surprising lack of interest here following the large trades on Friday. Suggests that retail investors have generally given up on this which implies that when we do get some good news then there could be quite a sharp move upwards. | mesquida
13/12/2019 17:03 | Are we about to see the announcement of the sale ? It would be good if they could combine that with a further bullish update on the continuing business . | mesquida |
