Careful - I know that article is dated today, but unless I've missed something it is actually reporting on news that is 2 weeks old. Only just skimmed it so I could be wrong, but certainly the EIB loan for Nokia is old news.

Company RNS on 16 August seem to suggest they are now getting regular repeat orders for mmimo.

I thnk soon they wil be saying trading ahead of market expectations,


Then watch the share price. I remember these at 500p a share eons ago.

Nokia and sprint reach 5G speeds in the US

The Mobile World Congress Americas is taking place in Los Angeles. Sprint and Nokia had a joint demonstration of 5G speeds over NR (New Radio) bands at the carrier’s booth, becoming the first company to reach next-gen speeds in the United States. The 5G connection was demoed at Sprint’s 2.5 GHz spectrum and Nokia’s dual mode-capable Massive MIMO antennas, along with Viavi TM500 5G test device emulator.

The first live 5G NR system connection can support up to 120 MHz of spectrum at the 2.5 GHz band. According to a press release from Nokia, its AirScale Massive MIMO Active Antenna is expected to deliver up to 3 Gbps peak downlink on Sprint’s network. This would enable the telecom to offer both LTE and 5G on the same radio without needing to build entirely new infrastructure.

Last month Sprint announced it is planning to be the first carrier in the States to introduce a commercial 5G smartphone along with LG Electronics by the first half of 2019.

I have increased the range of the ftc chart I posted a day or 2 ago, my post no. 2655 to show that the stock had stood at a peak of some 28p early yr 2015.for now this is to be set as the target representing a rise of some 27pc from current level


My own target is 35p short term but with big broker upgrade coming even 60-80p achievable short term

Some folks were mugged early doors.

All we need is a 5p spike and they will be back in at FTC at the 28-30p level. It will be a bun fight as they scramble

A contract win right now and this would go to 35p i know i dont want to be out of FTC share with that possibility

Well at risk of being seen as an O/T ramper, those excited at the thought of picking up tomorrow's must-have technologies at today's prices, might want to have gander at RED, which has just signed a framework agreement with the NHS. Which comes on the back of potentially huge agreement with a German company to provide utility storage there. I'm sure I don't need to tell anyone here the revolutionary importance of energy storage on the green economy.


Now back to FTC. Price seems to be recovering from the lows. I added around 22p. I think I'll be very happy with that.

This is exactly the same pattern as early VRS rises last year. Buy the big dips and build yourself a meaningful position here
