11/9/2018 11:09 | Bruce i will do it later , but basicly the 1st wave is 11.62 x this by fib extension 4.23 you get 49.1 add the bottom on 4th april at 8.2 you get 57.3. As for the date i rather not say at the moment as it uses maths and complicated and it can be very accurate but only if the data you are using is correct | chestnuts
11/9/2018 11:01 | chestnuts 11 Sep '18 - 10:41 - 1898 of 1901 0 1 0 Yesterday the share price broke out of a downward trend line from 2552 at 21.5ish so all the share price is going doing is checking support so it should bounce around here. -------------------- Chesnuts, are you able to post a chart for this? | brucie5
11/9/2018 10:52 | Thanks Kazoom | richardc77
11/9/2018 10:43 | Also if we use a fib calculation the share price should go to 57.3p some time around 10th of Oct ish | chestnuts
11/9/2018 10:42 | Looks like a couple of high roller buys 200k and 250k | rubberbullets

11/9/2018 10:38 | Hi richard, I think there's a vacancy for a sweenoid on this stock if you are interested! For me personally at this stage it's quite a speculative investment based on the factors that have been bounced around in the last few posts. > We know the market for massive MIMO will be, erm, massive, over a number of years. > FTC have a product in this market. > A relationship with Nokia (who have c. 1/4 of the mobile infrastrcture market) > We don't though know if FTC are sole supplier to Nokia for mMIMO. > They already have early orders flowing. > 5G seems to be happening quicker than people expected. Even after the recent excitement, the market cap here is still < £50m. If we knew it was a "sure bullseye" I would be in for a much bigger position here. | kazoom
11/9/2018 10:36 | Seems like a good time to buy some more on the dip...so I have | volsung
11/9/2018 10:33 | Richard If you look back over the last 3 weeks there is not many posts before the 7th of Octo There are links to the information or just google 5g with those names | chestnuts
11/9/2018 10:21 | Chestnuts yes I have heard of those two companies, so you're research is that FTC have some orders with one and have passed cert with another and because those 2 companies are large and will be involved in a big rollout for 5G then that's for sure the bullseye for FTC? | richardc77
11/9/2018 10:12 | richard I have given you 2 names just google them Nokia as just received a $2,5Billion order and are in partnership with Verzion which is about 5 times bigger than Nokia | chestnuts
11/9/2018 09:52 | Thanks Tini, indeed the PE at this point is not that important, it is the opportunity, but that is of course diluted by competition. Are we talking about a similar situation with regards first mover advantage/quality of product to that which IQE had throughout 2017/18 with their 6" VCSEL's? Comments like the below don't help though. "Interesting rob smith said this is the first of the mmimo range There will be more to come I think we could see this at 88p for sure" | richardc77
11/9/2018 09:45 | Richard, these two statements stood out for me from results posted in August: -- Another year of strong demand for filter products, with the main growth driven by the largest OEM supplier in the public safety communications market. -- Approved as a vendor by a major US mobile network operator to supply 5G Evolution antennas and recently qualified by a major Mobile Network Operator in EMEA for another of our antenna products. I don't pretend to understand the finances, p/e type stuff etc, I invest on what I see as strong products/good story/good management, same as VRS and IQE. Only a small amount committed here, may add more as the story unfolds. | tini5
11/9/2018 09:39 | Interesting rob smith said this is the first of the mmimo range There will be more to come I think we could see this at 88p for sure | rubberbullets
11/9/2018 09:34 | that's very well put? Eh? It's a meaningless statement unless you have some more pertinent info to share, related to it. "FTC are good friends who are best buddies with Nokia who are best buddies with Verzion its like an inverted pyramid, FTC are very well placed" | richardc77
11/9/2018 09:27 | Another way in 2013 FTC were 88p and made £3m profit off a turnover of £40m, Bringing us upto date there is roughly twice as many shares but they made £1.4 m on £25m turnover with out 5g, with 5g the skys the limit for the next few yrs. | chestnuts
11/9/2018 09:14 | That’s very well put | rubberbullets
11/9/2018 08:52 | Richard FTC are good friends who are best buddies with Nokia who are best buddies with Verzion its like an inverted pyramid, FTC are very well placed | chestnuts
11/9/2018 08:43 | Slicethepie, so you’re saying you’ve done your own homework? What did you find/learn? Interested to hear. Surely if you have info you’d want to share as that may well lead to some big share purchases from investors. | richardc77
11/9/2018 08:42 | Tini5, I watched those videos and they are awful and say nothing about much, you certainly couldn’t invest based on them. | richardc77
11/9/2018 08:41 | Chestnuts, so 1m antennae but re rest of the world, are FTC the leader in this market, do other companies supply? | richardc77
11/9/2018 08:40 | Richard blame the idiots behind mifid2 for the lack of research, that said it does mean there are gems like this to be discovered by us pi's sadly it does mean doing your own homework, it is a matter of choice as to whether you share your findings! | slicethepie
11/9/2018 08:40 | Richard, there's some videos here. Thankfully short as presentation is somewhat lacklustre but some good info nonetheless. | tini5
11/9/2018 08:38 | Mad Go look at FTC web site the last presentation i think it was either the last but one page , The uk need around 1 million antennas, then think of the rest of the world | chestnuts |
