The last Trading Update was a thinly veiled profits warning so I'd be careful about being too optimistic. FTC need more orders before investors can build any confidence in the company.

That's the gamble. But China is a threat if you read the detail. They cant compete on volume price. You have to assume that they will retain existing major customers.

For whats its worth IQE which is in the same sector is on a PE of 55 and as been as high as 70 FTC is on a pe of less than 8

Why didnt you buy at 9.61p or even in 2016 when it was 5p, or maybe why dont you disappear and wait for it to drop to a 1p.

Read the last two or three reports, the company is not too far away from where it intended to be. The have confirmed orders and those orders are being built and paid for. Part of one of the contracts has slipped from H1 to H2. They are generating cash and have a great bank balance.
