Hopefully a positive trading statement should get us back on track, this week perhaps?

Not technically sick yet IMO. Needs to close below 12p and move lower for me to conclude that. Just a retrace into the previous support in a weak market atm

It’s looking a little sick. Technically at least . Very surprised . We were motoring at 16p

Wasnt this largely expected? From the annual report:

"Our largest serviced market is the mobile telecommunications infrastructure equipment market. This market has seen robust levels of investment in increased capacity for 4G/LTE in recent years as end user demand for services continues to grow. However, we note the recent reductions in current calendar year forecasts from both Nokia and Ericsson and we are a little more cautious regarding the short term as a consequence, though remain confident in the mid-term to long-term and continue to expect renewed demand growth from calendar 2018 from the new spectrum releases."

FinnCap still has 1.2p eps for the 2018 year though?

I've been trying to work out what will happen to profit if for instance they post £30mln ie. 2x the second half. I didn't research enough here, because at the moment I can't find any details of fixed or variable costs in the accounts, enough to even have a guess at what would happen.

It's beginning to look as if the results are going to disappoint.

I'm already disappointed that no new large contracts made.

We bounced off th 200 day SMA today ie the long term trend. We should bounce to 14p easily and then we are back at that resistance after all this lol

As it spent so long hitting resistance before the rise to 16p I wonder if that rise prompted a big one-off sell-out which has caused the drop back - there was a large volume on the fall... perhaps some recovery buyer who was in at 5-6p.

Oh, and to confirm the break above 13p chart-wise, we could really do with some serious volume....

I've got rid of a few. Disappointed that there was no support as it came back from 16p, although that might be because of a big sale / overhang ?

Starting to get slightly worried that 'broadly in line' for the first quarter and only one contract announcement of £4.8mln over 3 years is going to lead to a much reduced first half, given that last year's first half was so large.

If they do the same as second half last year, might only get to around £30mln full year.

Still got a stake but now waiting for something tangible to hold longer term with a larger stake.

Agree with Brucie - chart is a repeating pattern upwards. Bottom of the current cycle, expecting a move towards 17/18 in the short term.

I’ve 200,000 at 14.68p! Looks like I could have got them a couple of pence cheaper

Yes agree. In addition forget to mention - I’m hoping it’s a nap tip for 2018 in a certain tipsheet . That’s normally worth a good move up!

after spending best part of 6 months testing 13p, we were always going to drop back to test the breakout- next move is the key!

but I do agree that fundamentals are supportive

It’s a £25m mkt cap, single digit PE, profit making play on 5G ! The 3p drop is a little disconcerting because I thought we were on the way up but hey ho

As far as I can see, the chart is just repeating itself; peaks and troughs within a strong recovery trend. It's happening with several stocks I hold, and mostly, provides buying opportunities, long or short. Mark my words!

Just in case anyone takes some stuff that's posted seriously...

Market cap is about £26mln.
Turnover to May '17 was £35mln.

mcap less than t/o. Not many of them around that actually make profits.

Going from press releases they would appear to have been recruiting staff. Additionally, they have stated that the existing contracts may well attract additional sales, sort of on an incremental basis. We should have a statement within a couple of weeks. It is possible that they are selling well but none of the individual contracts are material in size?

Very intrigued by today’s trades!!

Cheers!

Think we should have had new sales contracts by now. Too quiet from ftc.

Need action to sustain a 30 mil market cap.

As far as I know if a share price hasn't continued up within a week or 2 after what looks like a breakout, then it will come back to support.

So just got to wait to see if it was just reaching the top of a channel, or whether it was a proper breakout/rerating start.

Either way will do - its trending higher and recovery has been posted in last results, so those two things tie in together.
