Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that, on 24 June 2020, Tim Worlledge, Chairman of the Company, sold and repurchased 30,000 o rdinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 119 pence per share in order to effect a transfer from his personal account to his Self-Invested Personal Pension, and subsequently purchased a further 16,700 Ordinary Shares at a price of 119.3576 pence per share.

Following the above trades, Mr. Worlledge's beneficial shareholding has increased to 56,700 Ordinary Shares.
