27/2/2019 11:12 | Be very careful with dave4545 Getting to his game buy quietly ramp on twitter and here then quietly sell without posting when he is selling dave4545 has revealed. His words "gently offload" dave4545 27 Feb '19 - 10:12 - 112 of 114 0 0 0 depjoe filtered. "you've rumbled me" What for having a twitter account. 99% of all traders/investors have twitter accounts too. I buy size in bombed out small caps and when they recover I gently offload. Nothing to hide. | depjoe
27/2/2019 11:09 | Stemis If they have not had a reason to say anything then that means the directors were not in a closed period so why have they not bought at these levels when they piled in at 3/4 times this price ? Why are they not updating the major % shareholders too. The silence keeps the price so low | dave4545
27/2/2019 10:59 | Gone quiet here, but the bid currently works in 100k in a couple of places, max 25k on the offer. | bumpa33
27/2/2019 10:57 | At the interims they had $15.5m. There is also deferred and contingent consideration to pay in the next year of $9.8m (of which quite a chunk is contingent on Real Media and Signature hitting ambitious growth targets this year). I don't know if there any other acquisitions planned. | stemis
27/2/2019 10:27 | Why don't they pay a divi? | value hound
27/2/2019 09:45 | Maybe they haven't got anything (hopefully) to say. | stemis
26/2/2019 14:32 | Hitting another weak spot, people selling when mm's do not want them. Seems like years since this company last issued a Rns ! | dave4545
26/2/2019 13:45 | My armchair advice to the mgmt would be to create a production management consultancy services group within the core business and sell it to netflix, amazon prime and other up and coming production houses.. I mean NFLX is spending billions on production, why can't they outsource the film/series mgmt for a >50ml a year(that is around 0.6% for NFLX 2018 original content budget of 8bl) to these guys with heavy industry specific knowledge about production management and schedule keeping.. They have contacts, know-how, long history of bonding guarantees. Let's accept it, their traditional bonding business is, albeit slow, but a melting cube. Instead of relying only on china for future growth, why not befriend the disruptors. Even if they come up public with an initial plan for such a consultancy services with NFLX or AMZN, I can hardly imagine what will happen to the share price. Enough of my armchair speculation ;) | blackzed
25/2/2019 18:26 | I think what the company needs to start doing is hitting it's brokers forecasts. So far it's performance in that respect, since listing, has been poor. It's getting a reputation of over promising and under delivering. That's why it's on an ebitda multiple of 2.6, even assuming it just does 2 x H1. Should be at least 6, which would be double the current share price, even on such unambitious forecasts. | stemis
25/2/2019 13:36 | So has the buying unfortunately for now... I'm pretty sure we'd see a quick move north from there now with any sensible buying volume.Any decent news flow and this will spark very soon imo. | tallprawn
25/2/2019 13:33 | Large trade well and truly dried up. Overhang cleared | tsmith2

20/2/2019 09:09 | This can be a multibagger, but before we can see a meaningful rise, they have to execute. Apparently the guy at the top is smart and well regarded within the industry. I don’t know him but looking what hè actually did, gives him the benefit of the doubt. He saw what they did all those years wouldn’t gonna cut it in the years ahead(latest numbers proving him right). He needed money and went to the stock market at the highest possible price (nobody was forced to buy the IPO ), then he did what he promised, buying (what seems to be good)companies with synergies to his core business and actually the acquired companies seem to be in much better shape than the legacy business. So he saw it coming, diversified and it seems to work. But we need further proof in the numbers. He actually did a good job in my opinion. It was too high at the IPO, for me now at these prices the risk-reward looks favourable so i have bought and will buy some more. On the other hand, if they don’t execute, this will end bad. But for me, given his track record, my money is on our ceo. | ih_694895
