foxy22, chart looks bad and suggests it could eventually go back to 160 or even 150 level but might not happen in a straight line . Maybe sell half on intra day bounce but I often got it wrong in days past when I held stocks and did not trade much . So of course DYOR .

How the Russians are reporting it... Https://themoscowtimes.com/news/russia-reopens-kerch-strait-to-shipping-after-naval-clash-with-ukraine-63593 And US Congress, "Russia's blatant violation of international law in the Sea of Azov and their provocative attack against Ukraine's sovereignty are totally unacceptable. Russia must immediately restore the freedom of navigation through the Kerch Strait to allow Ukrainian vessels to freely use Ukrainian ports," a statement by Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick, co-chair of the Congressional Ukraine Caucus reads posted by Ukrainian diplomatic mission on Facebook. "We cannot ignore Russia's aggression against Ukraine," the congressman added."

Unfortunately I think that the current situation between Russia and Ukraine in the Kerch Strait, will have a downward impact on the share price Not sure who's in the wrong with the individual incident concerned, but def Russia having built the bridge and then checking all ships into and out of the Azov Sea was the starting point for the crisis. A bit like if the UK built a bridge across the Med from Gibraltar to Africa and started checking all individual ships into and out of the Med. BB

Reason for excessive fall compared to other miners is potential new Mexico legislation that could well impact their profits. By how much? Probably not as much as the % fall in the share price recently. And it is only proposed legislation that might not happen.

I think that mining stocks getting hit on every mini rally lately foxy22 and dow futures well down again is not helping .

I used to find that it is emotionally difficult to sell and not cut loss simply because we always think it will suddenly reverse at moment we sell. It is why Iprefer to trade and not hold stocks although it does not always pay off when in a bull market - but it is far from that now . FXPO now on or just below chart support and could fall to about 160 in due course . maybe sell half but probably a better bet is to wait for a bounce to about 198 or 199 to exit . So hard to know what to do and I might be completely wrong and you might make a better decision than me . good luck whatever you decide to do and of course DYOR .

foxy22, be careful with FXPO as near the 183 chart support level and iron ore price off a bit in last few days . I have not traded much recently but have got it wrong . I am sticking to trading indices now as much safer .

it is not easy at present and I am unable to make much . Almost certain thata good day for mining stocks will be followed by a bad one . Copper price up a bit today and KAZ was doing OK but now retreating . Iron ore price don a bit but strange that FXPO has fallen so much and AAL as you say . Yes, cable up a cent and a bit after brexit announcement . brexit gloom not helping most stocks as UK future is bad if brexit happens
